If what the parents said is true, that school should be sued by the victim and she is owed a lifetime in wages, healthcare, all of it. I'm so tired of teachers/aides not being kept safe just because some children have behavioral problems, stemming from disabilities or not. And as sad as I am for the victim in this case, I'm also sad and angry for the child, because look what's happened to him now. Look where he has to go and what it will be like for him. I don't understand not helping your child avoid such things. How is it possible that there was nothing his parents or the school administration could have done differently?
