i had the same reaction it takes alot of work to get up to the leocean level best you find a clan if you choose pirates i know few guys from my old clan went to pirates they are extremely helpful leveling up but the game is great you can fast track promotion by doing the exams right now the war server is not too busy most players are on free server when it resets you keep your rank and if you buy dlc ships you can call them up so you can try the game out if you want
i try but in that game either alot of targets or it could be two hours of sailing with nothing in sight thats why i moved the le ocean down south used to be a lot of ai 2nd rates and first rates that pose a actual threat
