Winner of fiddle contests and recipient of Berklee College of Music’s prestigious Presidential Scholarship (full tuition, room and board for all four years), Audrey Budington has played violin since she was four. Classically trained, her true love is fiddle, jazz, and funk, and she is known for her creative compositions. Audrey has played in album sessions and was selected by Grammy award-winning arranger and record producer Rob Lewis to play in a house band for the new TV show pilot presentation “Legendary.” She has opened for Black Violin and was a guest artist for Darlingside and Pat & the Hats concerts. She has performed at Ossipee Valley Music Festival in ME, Boston Celtic Music Fest, on the amphitheater at Common Ground Country Fair in ME and at many additional venues. Audrey has played at dozens of contra dances throughout New England and Quebec. She has also performed for two NH governors. Audrey has a magnetic and endearing stage presence.
