@@Clark4141 Talents and trinkets for every character are available in the log, linked in the video description. Just click my name "Duskfire" and then go to the tab "Summary" to see everything. www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/cAHWnMFJz9VKBghv#fight=last&source=4 The orange ball effect is probably the helmet enchant from the Amidrassil raid. For trinkets I use an on use shield, and a passive damage trinket.
Only time I have seen this happen is when something messes with spellq of boss like melding or invissing something, didn't see anything like it on tho vid tho, but it wasn't from the start
I just clipped it from slightly before the spears came out so you could see nothing got used. The only person with meld in the group was the tank, and he obviously didnt do it or the pally woulda insta died. You can see on my CD tracker under health bars I have that type of thing tracked, and no one had it/used it. I don't get it.
I don't know how this happened to you so many times, never even seen this. If someone for instance blinks/TPs or so right at the impact, it will just double chain someone else though. You're obviously doing something weird here to fuck things up.
Well, you can see everyone in this fight, and we don’t have any blinks. Lock didn’t use his tp. I never saw this happen in season 2, but this season it’s happening regularly. Even if we were doing something “weird” outside of meld/invis I don’t think this should be considered our fault, and needs fixed.
I'm wondering if it was the MC on the incorp? A pretty normal thing to do for that affix but maybe since it disappeared around the timer on the mechanic..
So as someone who watches a metric load of WoW content - I would say while you are a good player - your attitude makes you almost impossible to watch. Good play, difficult content to listen to. While I know this might sound silly, in-game commentary is the thing that truly keeps me roped in to key content. I know you're probably talking to chat at the same time, but a lot of your musings are negative. Hope you have a good day!
Actually wild sitting in a 28 fumbling around trying to click your defensives and thinking barrier is enough to live a 3 stack soulburst in a 28 tyran. It does 1.5M base damage with no stacks and your plan to live was pressing PW:S LMAO! 2 pain supp charges just sitting there unused and you rage at your rogue for getting griefed by storming LMFAO!
Sounds like you’re the rogue? Boss shouldn’t have 3 stacks on tyrannical, shouldn’t have any at all lmao.. Also man whether your the rogue or not, I wasn't trying to bash on him (you?), I was literally drunk during this key, and just talking a lot. Dying on Soul Echos was a funny death on a 28... Also I checked the log and barrier did mitigate 750k damage on that aoe, I click like 3 things, Potions/Fade/Desperate Prayer. I know a few of those I would benefit to key binding, but I have a lot of things keybound on my mouse and I just can't adjust. Fade is preemptive, I have plenty of time to click it when damage is about to go out. A huge part of disc is knowing the fights and damage moments.
@@eugenioplaja2677 pain supp is bound, I’m not sure when I clicked it on this video, if you watch last boss or 2nd you’ll see it’s mouse overed. Trinket is a charge and forget so it’s not bound. Last season with nelth shield trinket I had that bound as it was necessary to cast it on someone quickly
Btw @mage you will never see healing done on a crushing dephs' death log, it absorbs all healing, youll only see absorbs, and any overhealing past the absorb point. You can check any of the deaths, and visually see me healing you during them.
@@duskfire7361 Considering I never posted on this video, its funny you deleted someone else's comment and claimed it was me. And also, your inability to heal the key is not anyone else's problem but your own. 🙃 PS just quit trying to heal and being a key terrorist
I will say disc is one of the more complicated specs to play. If you look back at my video history, even though I was doing 28s last season, I waited a long time into this season to push beyond 20. I did this because disc has to memorize the boss and trash fights, disc isnt a reactive healer, its a predictive one, so it struggles with non choreographed fights and unexpected damage, making it hard to play in pugs. I absolutely think you should give it a try regardless, its a ton of fun to play. Don't be afraid to pain supp yourself as a defensive cooldown, and if you know damage is coming, use radiance to apply atonement ahead of time, and save the mind bender + mind blast + penance for the actual damage phase, it will negate it entirely up to a certain key level.
I mean, I click a staff that will see 1 season of use, health pot, mana pot, fade, mindsoothe, and dominate mind. Not exactly clicking my core rotation, cooldowns, or emergency spells. Lets see your IO page if you have such an issue with my playstyle lol. I have 13 keybindings with shift modifiers for 26 total spells. I can't do more than that, I have 2 more buttons that are bound for my pots but can't break the habit of clicking those after 18 years of WoW.
Hi! I’m using GeForce’s recording software it’s part of having a Nvidia card. But I think I’d like to switch to something lightly weight as there file size is huge.
I main disc priest, and honestly rage quit during the second boss on MY 23 KEY. The Chronoburst from the packs just before the second boss nuked me at least 4 times right as I got back to the group. Not to mention that the afflicted typically popped up just before chronoburst on the second boss making it almost impossible to recover from the group wide damage. Really tough week for this dungeon and I felt your pain
Yeah very unfun lol. There's no bonus damage this week but the stacking of afflicted in places that require a lot of dispels are rough. I made sure to let our evoker know ahead of time that he has to handle both afflicted during that part of the dungeon, as well as the tank, since I needed my dispel for the magic debuffs.
Hi! My UI is made of several addons: Grid 2: pastebin.com/0wYQzxfr OmniCD: pastebin.com/HyDADFqz Bartender4: Pretty basic to set this up, could also use the default bliz action bars to accomplish similar. IceHUD: which currently doesn't have a way to share profiles between accounts. If you'd like my profile I can send you the config file, but basically i disabled everything except health/mana/cast and made those bars huge. I use MRT for offensive CDs to know when to PI. Lastly are my WeakAuras which are linked in the video description! Let me know if you need any help
Uh I'm not sure how to make them public/share them publically, I've only ever sent the export profiles to people. I tried to link the grid2 one here but its too many text characters for a youtube comment. @@Eeveee95
Yep, evoker can rescue a 2 person mount with a priest up top, and then a priest can grip the last person, therefor saving the invis pot for a damage pot on boss. We just goofed up the rescue and played the bears instead
Hi! That is a combination of the weak aura "Raid Ability Timelines" and DBM Dungeons. It also works with LittleWigs I think. It works in Raid as well with regular flavor DBM/BigWigs. wago.io/RaidAbilityTimeline/55
Yeah you can tell I've played too long. I dont need the left hand party frames but havent bothered getting rid of them. I do need the defensive and offensive spell trackers as disc, otherwise I might painsupp someone on a boss AoE that used a defensive, and then not be able to heal the second one, or to pi a damage dealer at the opportune moment. Disc requires a lot of planning and setup. Having the information available helps.
Well it’s getting nerfed in 10.2 but as of now it’s the same cast time as smite and does 4x the damage, therefor leads to much bigger atonement healing, it also benefits from shadow covenant and the talent that makes shadow spell atonement’s heal for 20% extra. There are also a ton of talents that make it so more damage in the disc tree and is used to maintain light/dark rotation for Twilight Equilibrium. Basically, if you’re playing disc and not using it, you’re not really playing disc anywhere near its potential.
As Holy I do, but in Disc, I find the GCD's are wasted. It's not enough HPS to keep the group up, and its roughly the same amount of damage as just doing a good job dot spreading. It might be slightly more damage in larger AoE pulls, but I almost never can afford the endless GCDs required to get it there. They did buff rhapsody and it can output a lot of damage now, and have a nice aoe heal. But in disc, I feel the 2 points are better spent on the leech talents, reflective shield, or mindgames. One of which you'd pretty much have to skip to get it. If you check subcreation or just the top few disc priests in keys, youll see no one has it. If it didn't require the talent points, I would cast it from time to time. But... yeah
Hey hey! I play Disc priest for dungeons -- I notice you have the vertical timeline bar for trash as well, and was curious how you went about setting that up... I have one that works for raid (and also have big/littlewigs installed). Curious if you have any guidance on this.
Hi! The vertical timeline is from a Weak Aura actually! wago.io/n7l5uN3YM/16 And you do need DBM Dungeons, or Little Wigs installed for it to do anything in Dungeons!
