My channel is intended for mixed audiences (15+) to adult audiences (18+), I'm opinionated when I have constructive criticisms about certain things, and I try to do a little bit of everything to keep things balanced out. If I'm not as active like I used to be, just know that I'll still be around, but often busy. My parents are disabled and I take care of them myself, along with my sister. No problem. I didn't realize Aaron was getting so much pushback until recently, but hopefully all that goes away eventually. It's not just the notifications though, my discussion videos aren't popular because I'm always criticizing big corporations. It turns people off for whatever the reason, but I'm happy some people understand.
I never liked Drakkon im getting sick of devs now makig more and more eviler versions of our heros I did like drakkon at 1st but over time i started to hate him cuase he was just not the Tommy we love and now after this i want nothing to do with him
Was wondering if you were gonna talk about this. As I've said elsewhere, all these people coming for Aaron like they have an axe to grind is ridiculous. I don't get it. They all accuse Aaron of clout chasing, but they're the ones trying to make a name for themselves by going after him lol. They accuse Aaron of "speaking for the dead" but they're the ones saying "Jason wouldn't want this" when they didn't even know him. It's just so weird for people that weren't part of Jason's personal life to have a dog in this fight. Aaron said Jason and Amy weren't that close. Who cares? Why does it matter one way or another? We're just fans who watched the show and who may or may not have met them at conventions. It just comes across as very petty and silly. Don't like Aaron? Fine, then don't watch White Dragon or any of his content. But for f*ck's sake these rabid fans need to stop making themselves look foolish by sounding off on Jason's personal life like they actually knew him or were a part of his life.
Yeah, I almost didn't make this because a lot of my subscribers don't enjoy the discussion content. Someone at YT mentioned that notifications are usually fine, but that people just aren't interested in these particular videos, and that I should to focus on what's doing well. It's fair criticism, because I've been told that same thing by people who have watched me for years, how I'm always angry when I make these, and that nothing will change. It's like any video I make that's critical of big corporations, even when it's factual, it turns people off for some reason, but I digress. I understand what you mean, about people jumping to the worst case scenario and making it seem like Aaron is the bad guy. Another person commented thanking me for being the voice of reason and for not making fun of Aaron. That caught me off-guard me because I thought he was well-liked in this fandom. He's done a lot of good, and he is always answering questions when fans have concerns. I think what it comes down to, is that fans have been burned so many times, and because of that, they immediately assume the worst of people that are trying to do good. In Aaron's case, people going after him definitely isn't right because he knew JDF better than any of us, but because Aaron is being honest and critical of big corporations, people are upset because it doesn't fit their narrative, so even if it's factual, those same people unfortunately still won't believe him because they're expecting Aaron to "let the fans down" when that's not even what he is doing. It's almost as if they don't want him to succeed because he knew JDF personally. It may stop when Legend of the White Dragon comes out, but at the same time, they'll find reasons to dislike the movie because "it took too long to be released" even though great things take time. I'm not active on social media like the avenge person so I don't see everything. Anything new I hear about, it's always on here, but it's really disappointing because those fans are not factoring in Aaron's mental health and what he has to deal with everyday with his family friend JDF being gone. He isn't perfect, no one is, but hopefully they see things from Aaron's point of view as time goes on.
Kamala has quite an interesting book about how the universe is changing in a very different and more complicated world today and I am not surprised that it has been tyyyyyyyyt Ty in the last couple years of his career as an actor in a lot more of the world
It's not surprising, given how the MMPR comics made by Boom overused the Multiverse concept, overused Lord Drakkon, mishandled the morphin grid, contradict certain points from Power Rangers lore, and by the later half went woke by adding virtual signaling bits in (especially during the Go Go Power Rangers comic run). As for Hasbro, that company was no different as they didn't really handle the Power Ranger brand quite well and did more harm to the franchise. And after seeing that MMPR reunion movie on Netflix and saw a few clips and read a synopsis on Cosmic Fury, pretty much proved that the Power Ranger IP as long since been dead given how it fell into same situation as other established franchises like Star Wars, DC, Marvel, and few others.
I'm not surprised, and it's a shame too because the comics also had potential. If they had gave JDF and Aaron the proper credit they deserved, then fans would look back on them with fond memories, but seeing how things turned out, that definitely isn't happening. It's like these big corporations can't stop making fools of themselves, and they continue to lose money because of it, then they deflect all criticism by blaming the fans whenever they're called out by them. It's sad. Speaking of Marvel, a family member of mine took me to see Deadpool & Wolverine (I wasn't interested in seeing it at first, but I was talked into it), and one of the highlights was when Deadpool said "you're kind of joining the MCU at a low point" or something like that, and it's crazy because it's been so long since I've seen any Marvel movie, and I couldn't stop laughing at that line because it was so true. I want to believe it means that they're going to fix the obvious issues, but at this point, I honestly don't know. DC, I'm not sure about, and Star Wars, well, Episodes 1 through 6 are the true canon, along with Rogue One, seeing Luke return in The Mandalorian was great, and the Obi-Wan vs. Darth Vader rematch was cool too, though I've never watched the whole season.
So there is slightly more context to the bat in the sun outfit, Aaron said in a post that he was happy that the suit was being used and that they had paid for it or something along those lines, so it wasn’t taking the suit as Hasbro hasn’t rights to use it, it also went in the game and that was apart of Saban and now Hasbro, the rest of the stuff of true about Kyle then we need to hear from Kyle now, plus as there are no time stamps where abouts do we know when JDF said this etc, it’s prob best looking into it, the way Hasbro and all treated JDF wasn’t good at all and they need to apologise to the right people
Huh? JDF said that? I don't know how to believe this! I'm kinda confuse on this! I'm confuse on JDF's statement about Kyle Higgins stealing Aaron's Character. I'm confuse cause I've heard that Aaron allowed Hasbro/Boom to use his character, the Super Power Beatdown Green Ranger Version. They even got credited for it! So... How did Kyle steal it if Aaron and JDF gave them permission? It's stealing if they used your product without your permission to use it. The fact that JDF and Aaron got credited means that they gave Hasbro and Boom Studio permission for their Characters. So... Yeah! I dunno what to think of this. I'm not on either side though but I am confuse on this! 🤔
Yes he did, and to answer your questions, I'll explain. In the beginning when their business relationship first started, everything was cool, nothing seems off until Boom and Hasbro started taking credit for the ideas Aaron & JDF came up with, and then modifying them to the point to where they would not give them credit. At first glance, it does seem a little complicated how things turned out, but look at it as a partnership going sour after a while. At the start, things were good, JDF, Aaron, Boom and Hasbro were on the same page and everything seemed fine, but as time went on, those big corporations got greedy, wanted more money and more of the ideas for themselves, so what did they do? They lied to both JDF and Aaron non-stop, which came out later, but they couldn't say anything during that time because of NDA (Non-disclosure agreements), the paperwork was already signed, so those big corporations decided to alter the deals behind JDF and Aaron weren't looking, and then... Boom, pun intended, though even if they didn't alter anything, it was still shady on Boom and Hasbro's part because they still lied and never tried to make it right. Hope that makes sense.

JDF was consulted and credited for Soul of the Dragon. Surely he was respected there as his idea. Also I understand that they had a falling off but... Wouldn't Boom and Hasbro suppose to get a publishing Credit from Aaron and JDF? So... I can understand why most of the credits would go to Boom and Hasbro. I'm not saying JDF and Aaron didn't deserve the idea credit but I'm just saying that, it's the Publisher Company who always gets the most credits. But as far as Partnership goes! I understand that it seems unfair for JDF and Aaron. But I still don't understand the stealing part if they allowed Hasbro and Boom to use the characters. 🤔 I mean I can understand it if at somepoint JDF and Aaron forbidded Hasbro and Boom to use their characters. But they still got credited in the end. Sure! Maybe in some Future Power Rangers Story, Hasbro and Boom may have took advantage of JDF's and Aaron's Idea input but at atleast Hasbro and Boom still acknowledge their ideas before the disagreements.

Hello William, thanks for the question! The film might be released later this year to early next year, though I don't have an exact date. There are still several things that need to be done, but I can tell you that post-production is almost finished. Once all the scoring and VFX are finished, Aaron will make an announcement on his social media pages. He also plans to release a new trailer during the holidays, possibly sooner if all goes well. After that, we should have confirmation on when the movie will be officially released, though if more fixes need to be made, he will let the fans know. This is a one and done, so Aaron and his team are trying to make sure everything is perfect, and he is always posting updates to keep fans in the know.
Sometime, I still believe JDF is still alive. He is the greatest of all. He may not be my favorite and in number 3 on my list with his Character Tommy behind my Favorite Zack, then Jason , then him. But he blows them outta the water. They should have listened to Jason David Frank.
Even though I never met JDF, I feel his presence sometimes too, and it's usually when I least expect it, like when I'm filming a morph, talking about how Power Rangers used to be, or even watching an old JDF interview, I can easily picture him visiting fans from time to time, spiritually speaking. His memory will always live on.

If I may ask, where did the view that canon is subjective come from? People don't like Turbo, but that doesn't mean it's not canon. People don't like Once a Ranger, that doesn't mean it didn't happen. I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean. Are you referring exclusively to cases where a product or entry's canonicity is dubious or confusing, or in general?
@spideyviewer327 Good question! I've always felt like that, but it stems from how Power Rangers has been handled over the years. I view the seasons of MMPR all the way to Super Ninja Steel as the true main canon with JDF's final episode "Dimensions in Danger" being the real end. The first season of Beast Morphers (which was technically part of the neo-Saban era since it was a transitional season) was fantastic, though Season 2 made a lot of strange decisions that didn't made sense, but even though I liked season 1, I don't view either of them as canon, though I see them more as spinoff shows that should've been their own thing, like a different continuity or reboot. Hasbro actually confirmed it in a press release when they announced that their era is "Power Rangers inspired" starting with Beast Morphers and beyond, which means fans don't have to view any of them as canon, but if they like it, they can, hence why it's subjective. Some people still view RPM as the final season, and I respect it. The reasons behind that are logical, and I felt the the same way for a short time, but the neo-Saban era wasn't all bad, and the people in charge never bashed the fans for not liking the shows, Samurai to Super Ninja Steel, and after I watched Dimensions in Danger, that's when I changed my opinion on that particular era. I will not be commenting on the Hasbro Netflix content that came after Beast Morphers because again, those should've been the actual reboot Hasbro was promoting, but I will talk about the so-called "30th anniversary special" if you want to call it that. (At least in this comment since I have no plans on ever watching the full movie.) JDF told Hasbro that he wanted nothing to do with the special and how he didn't want Tommy to be it, but Hasbro ignored him and did what they wanted anyway. Worst of all, they made Tommy look extremely weak from what I saw, almost as if they were punishing JDF for saying no. I saw several other clips too, and I wasn't impressed in the slightest, they aren't even worth talking about. The only highlight were the morphs, Zack, Kat and Rocky were the best ones. Lastly, the comics exist in their own separate continuity which is fine, but the only thing I would accept as canon from that universe is Soul of the Dragon because it was done well, and I liked the idea behind it. I disagree overall on your philosophy of rejecting canon because of those reasons, as I tend to go with majority evidence, at least with certain franchises (like Super Sentai and Kamen Rider). But, I can respect your reasoning, even if I disagree. Been a longtime viewer, and while I miss your PR reviews, I do like checking in now and then, and you've always been a guy to tell it how it is and say what you honestly feel and stick to your principles, which I respect. I never read the comics but I knew about Lord Drakkon and it’s sad to hear that JDF was basically dragged through the mud like he was. Honestly, the best thing to do is to forget about about all this controversy because no one really knows the full story and just remember JDF how he was to fan and how fans saw him, not how those companies saw him, as a cash cow. Its sad how much Power Rangers disrespected JDF, despite how much he put into making the franchise what it is today. I personally never cared about the Boom comics. They just felt like bad fanfic to me.

I never bought the comics, but I did check out a few online, as well as several in stores, and I just couldn't get into them, though it's cool they exist in their own separate continuity. Soul of the Dragon was good, though I didn't buy that one either. When Lord Drakkon was first introduced, I felt that something was off at the time, but I couldn't put my finger on it, but now that we all know the truth, I don't feel so bad about not buying any of the comics. Kyle did a lot of damage and Boom kept paying him, it's a shame.

Back in 2013, JDF ran a mini contest on his Facebook page. You put your phone number in and he'd call you. I missed the dead line but ended up getting a call. The man was super nice. I was studying for my A+ certification. He knew what that was instantly and talked to me about it. During that phone call he was talking to me about a solo green ranger series he was working on. I had been watching for years to see what became of it. It sounded awesome. What he told me turned into legend of the white dragon. I really wish I had gotten to meet him. I struggled my entire life with depression and thoughts of ending things. He was one of the reasons I held on. He talked about his struggles. How he was able to over cone alot with martial arts and religion. He kept me going for alot of things. I really regret not being able to give to his passion project. To get all the merch he sold for it a head of time. I really look forward to seeing his movie. I am upset that he's getting so much hate and so much grief after his passing. He doesn't deserve this.
