Hi, jaypex! Maybe U know, what white bars meen in attachments and gear stats? (for example, 2:48 on recoil control stat DD RIS... or 4:16 on 2 stats of DD ButtStock)
If you thought getting smoked by the AI through the dense brush and jungle wasn't frustrating enough! Wait there's more! Introducing, night time! In night time you'll receive no tactical advantage over the T-5000 AI terminators. Good luck with your nods, the AI will use their combo of thermal and infrared indigenous vision to continue to whoop that ass. Enjoy GZW's night time!
Hope they add character customization and tattoos. I don’t want to run around with a dude the size of Steve Austin and would like to add sleeves to my operator.
Just run 50. You should be able to see the most at the center of the screen, not on the sides. FOV has perfect explanation at racing simulators where you run triples. Eye to screen distance and monitor size counts to see into the "world" thru a "window". Now this may not apply on the wonkiness of the scopes in GZW. But yea, general rule you want to keep it at 50-54. Or if you have the 60 as preference, you're free to do so. But yea, lower the better.
I don’t suppose they have fixed the issue when the game crashes and you lose your gear? That has happened to me and mates. I don’t mind the bugs as it is expected, but this issue needs to be sorted.
I'm not really sure because I haven't crashed in a very long time. I tried to optimize my computer as much as possible too but I don't get random crashes / hiccups at all.
yesterday was my first random crash while out of base and when I relogged I didn't lose anything, the other case was from my end where there was an issue in my power grid as I lost power while also being out of base and I didn't lose anything again. I think as long as you don't "end deployment" out of your base you should always have your gear now.
It does seem strange because there is 4 of us and we all get occasional crashes and it cant be spec related. I run i5-9600k & GTX 1070ti (scraping the barrel lol) and the best pc in our group is Ryzen 7 7800X3D with RX 6800 XT
@@hyper2fusion yeah It is odd ngl. I run 2070 Super and i7 9800k, the performance is okay for me but the game is way too good to run in 50 or 30 FPS so I just upgraded my GPU to 4070 super as I played the game on cousin's PC he had 4060 and it was awesome, he would not get lower than 90 FPS all the time. I hope they don't abandon the game this is my first looter shooter game and I can see it have bright future if they keep developing it.
Hey just FYI. If you put stuff in the MFAK pouches, you can put those in your pockets etc and double your available meds. Each MFAK holds two slots so you can put a suture kit in one and the bigger blood bag in another. Then in the others you can put whatever items you need. Pain meds bandages, tourniquet, etc etc. This means your pockets can hold 8 slots of items rather than 4.
Informative content! Can anybody explain what the post processing does? I usually keep mine at low. I’ve got a 4070 TI super running almost identical settings as you Jaypex
Basically it’s how fast your graphics card draws the frame before flashing it to you at your chosen refresh rate. On higher resolutions this could make a difference on the choppy / blurriness of your game
Something in the middle imo 60-68 is the way to go becouse running and moving around whit 50fov is bad , I use 65 if I have to fight open space (Fort Narith or Ban Pa) and 68-70 in close range (midnight Hotel and Center Shop Tiger Bay)
ive emailed the devs about this an they know about having an affected fov for when ads'd they have the consider adding it in the future with toggle ads too
What's the point? I built meta AKM and used Bp ammo and its takes lot of bullets to kill npc with level lll armor, compared to 855 AP which much easier to kill with, and for the 856 AP its like single shot most of the times. The only usable guns for now is M4 and MK.
The point is to enjoy the game and not have to be a Meta Andy all the time. I have no issues with this gun against level III armor. Sometimes III+ will take a couple of bullets but its fun to run different guns.
The biggest issue I run into is the game is constantly crashing. I can usually get in a good hour or two before it crashes. I know its graphics related because about 10 to 15 minutes before the game crashes the graphics get all pixeley and the colors go all rainbow. Granted I'm playing on a laptop, but it's an HP Omen 17, only two years old, and has an RTX 2080 graphics card. The other big elephant in the room is dealing with LZ campers. I don't mind getting schwacked by other players, though it is even more enjoyable to work together with another faction since they or I might have the keys the other needs. But it does get annoying to get off the bird, get two steps in and here a bunch of silenced shots and the "Your dead" screen. So then I load up again to go get that player, get on the bird, and the game crashes and I lose 2 sets of everything. Or go to a different LZ to make my way back to where I was clipped and get zipped by someone else.
No problem, glad you enjoyed. As someone raised in the midwest, we enunciate and combine odd words a lot especially when we're extra excited about things 😉
The game is going to die sooner or later if they don’t address the performance issues such as low fps. 60-70% of people couldn’t afford a rig powerful enough to run this game properly. That is 60-70% of potential customers gone. And this is a fantastic game and it’s going to be sad to see it get ruined by performance optimisation. I have a RTX 3070 ti with r7 38003xd which is considered above average compared to average peoples pc even I had issues running this game properly. I can’t even recommend this game to my friends cuz most of them have lower end rigs and can’t run this game. If it weren’t for the performance, AI and key spawn issues. This game would easily hit top 10 in steam charts
@@poketus I know you can achieve high fps with FSR and frame gen but it makes the game looked like a huge blob plus increased input lag. The AI is cracked already as it is having reduced visual clarity plus input lag makes it even worst when facing these AI if I were to turn on FSR and frame gen. This is why you see most people rather play with 30 fps to 40 fps rather than turning on frame gen and FSR.
If you get a heavy bleed like you did in the first minute of the video, stop the bleed with a tourniquet before doing anything else (idk if you had any on you or not, I usually keep 10 in my EMT pouch). Tourniquets take 8 seconds to apply and stop the bleed immediately rather than 14 seconds for a bandage that lets you tick down a few more HP before stopping
I don't normally carry the tourniquets due to space in my EMT and since I've only gotten the heavy bleed 2-3 times in my 200 hours of playing. The sbands will do the medium and light bleeds with no issues but this is a good tip still!
