Home Depot 610 has HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customern service! Everything you expressed was definitely on point, a 100%! It's funny, the treatment you received on shopping for a refrigerator, I had the same experience. I looked for my salesman for two weeks, going back and forth. I finally got in contact with her, ordered the refrigerator and had to wait two months before I got the refrigerator, because HD kept changing the delivery date. I'm definitely not a fan of Home Depo Stores!
Ran a lawn care company from 1973 to 2022. My pricin structure was ALWAYS firm. Client or potential client didn't like it they were always welcome to find someone else.....
I disagree. If your light bill goes up because of cost or they need to run new wires, do they wait? or give it to the customers to pay. I just went up $5 per cut on a customer that is new for this season because his yard is bumpy and full of tree wholes. Takes me 7 more minutes as a level yard the same size. So NO. I dont agree
I bought a Z254F special edition 1 year ago. Very happy with it. I live on a 5.5 acre horse property with no horses. Just changed the blades after one year.
I agree with you I have a helper he is good but I will not get to many lawns because he had issues and I refuse to put that kind pressure on myself because if you get to many lawns you can't handle then the helpers control your business because if they don't come to work you stuck

Good stuff bro 💯 Man these guys either make it or shoot them selves in the foot. I get we trying to make good money out here. But that makes the customer have less respect for that guy trying to change up on prices and customers less likely not to refer them to others. I honor prices and make those changes at the end off season to let customers know ahead that there may be a price increase or stay the same for following season. The clients in my opinion will have more respect for you and how you run your business than thinking that you are a disorganized business. Love the content bro stay safe 💪🏼💯
A lot of Lawn Care companies are cut throat, they are in competition with each other and that competition spills over into their relationships with the customers in the form of raising prices, and making shady agreement that makes it hard for homeowners to stop services. They would make a whole lot more money if they look out for their customers in this economy
Bauer makes some great tools for around the house. And by that, I mean for personal projects big or small. I wouldn't run them day in and day out at a garage or abuse them around the construction sites but great tools for personal projects and maintenance with an attainable now price. Love mine.

You nailed it man. I have tried in the past to ask a couple guys on the weekend to help with landscape jobs. They would say yes at first then would call in last minute. I try to limit what I can do myself. I just cant rely on anyone but myself on taking bigger jobs. Great video bro. Stay at it 💯
I think you’re doing the right thing for sure. Adding more work would make you more reliable on having a person all the time. I’m with you 100% and I’m learning to say no and make sure I’m not running my body to a point that’s not sustainable. Great video 👍🏾
I bought a bottle of this about 4 years ago. Worked perfectly. I ran out one year and kind of forgot about it. But I still had the empty bottle sitting in a shelf. This year I bought some cheap crap to kill some weeds. But that stuff seemed like it helped the weeds grow. For some reason the Compare and Save caught my eye sitting on the shelf. So I bought some more this year. Glad I did will apply it tomorrow.
Been doing turf & shrubs for 42 yrs. Started 1982 & help problems have always been a thorne. At least I had good years. Now many cannot work without high pay, flex schedule, on & on. Glad I have downsized
