I agree very negative review. I agree with some of your descriptions most were not what I found. You said that it was hard to find a seat in the buffet. Well it depends what time you go, it seems if it was full that many people found a seat. The lines to the bar outside were long but inside were fine. I found the Epic a great ship to sail on. Like all cruise lines there is pros and cons and what suits some doesn't suit all. I think you'd be very hard to please regardless of who you cruised with

Great video. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem with me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S.

Basically, they had a good variety. And honestly, after being on many cruises navigators of the sea, had the best entertainment we’ve ever seen in our lives. It was Broadway quality, musicals, and entertainment. Just got back from this location myself. We were in a deluxe room, it all has the same decor. I lived in Llanishen, schooled in Monmouth and was in Chepstow to meet up with childhood friends after 47 years. I hope you took advantage of the beauty treatments, spa,gym pool etc. X

I used to live on St. Thomas. People didn’t believe me when I told them I would go to NYC once a month for fun and to get away from the boredom. I would load my suitcase with tuna fish and oatmeal and other things which were obscenely expensive on the island. Milk was more than rum, for sure!

I was a professor at the University of the Virgin Islands and loved my job. But it’s a limited place to live after living in Manhattan for 15 years. I’m in California now, and love it.
My family is from San Cataldo originally. I have cousins still there, some who moved north (most still there). Are you from Northeastern PA, Detroit, MI, or Rochester, NY? There area a bunch of enclaves full of sancataldese.
Oh how interesting! My dad was born in Berwick Pennsylvania, that’s where the family went to first when they left Sicily, then they later moved to upstate New York, where I was born. @@passportstravelvloggers2580 Isn't that crazy? both upstate NY and NEPA. I'm from NEPA. It's not an accident. A lot moved to NEPA because of the mines. They had sulfur and salt mines where they came from so some had experience mining and then others followed suit because they had paesani there. You find that a lot, even in the area I'm from certain neighborhoods were settled by Sancataldese, certain by Eugubini (from Gubbio, my mom's family was from there), Guardiese, etc. I have cousins in Rochester as well, and some more distant cousins in Detroit (who I don't even know). I'm a Cali or Calì in Italy. There are a bunch in San Cataldo.

@@passportstravelvloggers2580 We wanted to pay the security deposit with a VISA card, that was not on the name of the driver, the very same card with which we payed the rent. They told us, that you have to pay the security deposit with a VISA card on the name of the driver. So we had to register someone of our group as second driver, that costs € 20 per day. He never uses his VISA card other than for online payment. So he did not know the PIN Code. We contacted VISA and they told us that we don’t need a code if we have valid ID. That is what we told Sicilly by car. But they still denied the VISA card. So we offered to pay the security deposit in cash, but they don’t accept cash. We offered to pay with debit card. They said fine, but than you get a cheaper car and you have to pay another 30 € per day on top for the bad car. I think their strategy is to set traps in their terms and conditions that no one expects but a certain percentage falls into. Anyway. We ended up paying the full rent but did not get a car.

I was kinda interested in USVI since I love National Parks and wanted to check this one out. However, after watching some videos, like this one, kinda leaning against it. Seems like many other preferable (read more affordable) Caribbean options.

We will be taking our first trip to Greece this summer (have traveled extensively elsewhere in Europe) and will be spending most of our time in the Peloponnese. We plan on taking the Sea Jets ferry from Gythio to Kythera to spend a few days there then will take the Triton ferry from Kythera to Neapoli. I expect these are smaller ports and ferries such as the one you show in your video. They advise to get there at least 1 hour early. Did you find that necessary or advisable in such a small port? We will also have a car.

Thanks for sharing your esperience as Senior Citizen and Sugar Mama. I also have high expecataions and always had a wonderful time on NCL ships. The restaurants ( I don't do buffets as it is an option -- I chose not to experience) great. I agree with you Le Bisto is the TOPS! Need more space book a suite. As for using the elevators at Embarkation and Debarkation -- no need to take the stairs, walk to one of the other two elevator banks. Situation solved.
I had a pretty similar experience to you last year. I thought the buffet was the best ive ever had and the main dining was the worst ive ever had. My favorite ship i have went on was the carnival marti gras. I have to say the drink lines on the Epic was 1/4th of the wait that I had on carnival. This isnt my favorite ship in the world and would prefer others. That being said i wanted to go on a cruise for my anniversary and the Epic was the only one that was sailing at the times i needed prom the port i wanted. Moral of this comment to anyone who reads. This isnt the best ship but it isnt horrible. Ive been on both Carbivals and Royal Caribbeans newst ships and I had just as much fun on this ship as I did those new ones
