Hi, dear sorry to say that I have switched from MAN Engine power plant to Wartsila Engine power plant.. My its so simple don't worry. If you have test bench for same fuel injection valve or injector tester. Then you 1st loosened pressure adjuster screw lock nut then loosened adjuster screw. Just loose not removed. Then loosening nozzle holding cap nut and removed cap nut and nozzle. Then dismantled from adjuster side, spring, needle and spring pusher. After cleaning all parts pushing nozzle side injector body face. Placed new nozzle and assembled fuel injection valve in reverse order. Then pressure adjusted on test bench.
Actually here we are facing problem of HT Water leakage from exhaust port of cylinder head. So in video on dismantling and assembling of repaired cylinder head is shown. During repairing in Workshop pressure test and valve lapping already done.

Assalamualaikum Sir , Mera Engine me Rocker Arm me Lubrication Kam ho raha hai Only 2 Cylinder me , baaki Units Theek hain , STX 7 6L/24 . Tappet Set kiya tha uske baad se problem hai
Also check the Lube oil diaphragm in Manual may be there is any non return valve in oil passage so you need to check that valve may stuck in less opening position.

One More Question Bhai , Maine Tappet Liya tha Tappet Nut Normal Wrench se Tight kiya tha Torque Wrench se nahi , kya ab mai again Tappet Nut ko Tight kar sakta hoon for all units without taking Tappet Clerance again.
Bro Iam your follower, Kindly let me know for L21/31 how to align liner with cooling water jacket. Mark on liner is there but where is the mark on jacket. Is the liner aligned from forward to aft according to the mark or right to left
