I really like the pouch and I’m guessing it doesn’t really make a difference one way or the other and is basically personal preference but is there any reason for the beginning part of putting the cords on being done in reverse larkshead knot but it not being that way on any of the ones shown in all the other stages? I’m new to macrame and started mine as you have but now wondering if I’ve missed something or if I need to change them around to the I guess ‘regular’ larkshead or is it just whatever my preference is?
First of all, thank you so much for being here. <3 Yes, it's just a personal preference. So either side works for most macrame projects. Have fun, you'll surely enjoy the macrame world! :)
Thank you very much for uploading the video! I only had one question: by just cutting the final ropes, won't the knots unravel over time? Is there any way to ensure that doesn't happen?
It's taken me a few days of stopping, tearing it out, starting over, setting it aside, annnnd finally got one finished! Thank you so much for this video! I'm a complete newbie, I've really struggled with the half hitch knots, but your video has really helped me to finally get it! This is my very first project! ❤
They are so cute! 🥰 I would like to make this or your bucket bag from 2 years ago, but in a size that can fit an average book from twisted cotton cord. Could you help me how to scale it up? 😢
Malheureusement le geste du départ est trop rapide et les doigts cachent le mouvement.. Et au ralenti la vidéo devient floue... Donc, je n'arrive à commencer...
Hi, I love this pattern and your clear instructions and modelling. I am running a stall for a school charity event and we will be selling all of these materials. I wondered if you would be happy for us to direct people to your You Tube channel for how to make these to give them ideas? All proceeds are for a local wildlife charity.
