What's the recipe for the caramel sauce? Is it there on your channel? I have been wanting to try Hershey's caramel sauce but don't because I don't like Hershey's products as much.

Take 1/4 cup sugar add it to a pan, turn on the heat keep it like that for 3-4 mins till you see sugar turning into light brown shade mix it a bit then and then immediately pour 1/8 cup water (be cautious at this stage) keep mixing. Add 1 tbsp butter and keep mixing, add 1 tbsp cream and turn off the heat and keep mixing. You will see a caramel smooth texture. Let it cool down and then store it. 2. Take a mixing jar add 1/2 glass milk, 5-7 ice cubes, 1 sachet of coffee (I used 2 as I like strong, you can add as per you like), add 1 tbsp caramel sauce and (optional: if you want add 1 tsp sugar but I don’t like too sweet coffee). Blend it. 3. Decorate your glass with caramel sauce and pour the blended coffee and enjoy 😍🤗🫣

Now turn on the gas and keep mixing until it gets thick. 4. Now turn off the flame and let it cool down completely. For stuffing add 1 tbsp gulkand, 1 tbsp shredded coconut and 1 tbsp grinded almond and cashew. Mix well. 5. Baklava puff bites recipe: -Take puff pastry sheets, add unsalted metled butter, add pista, almond as a filling (if you want it to get a creamy texture add 2 tbsp of condensed milk will pista and almond then add as a filling) -Roll it and then add it to a grease container, add melted butter on top. -Bake it in a preheated oven for 30 mins at 180'c till it get light golden brown texture -once you take out the baked baklavas pour room temperature cooled down sugar syrup, garnish it and let it cool down and completely soaked the syrup. (Atleast an hour and for better results leave it for 4-5 hours)

Take 1/2 cup curd, add 1 tbsp coriander powder, 2 tbsp kasturi methi, 2 tbsp jeera powder, 1/2 tbsp garam masala,salt as per taste, 2 tbsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder. Add 1 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp mustard oil mix everything well. Take corn and cut it into pieces and then coat it with this mixture. Air fry it at 180’c for 12-14 mins until cooked. Garnish with coriander and vegan mayo. Enjoy 💜🫶
Ghevar (Ghewar) recipe: 1. Take 4 tbsp (1/8 cup + 1 tbsp) melted ghee add 3-4 ice cubes and then whisk it till you see it forming white makhhan. Then remove the excess water. 2. Add 1 cup maida, 1 tbsp besan make a crumbly mix don't knead it. Then add just a drop of lemon juice. 3. Add 2 cup cold water and give it a good mix. Make sure it's lump free. Then heat oil at medium to high flame. And then star pouring this mixture patiently little by little to form honeycomb structure. 4. Keep adding hot oil on top of the mix to get it cooked from top too. Repeat this and you will have your ghewar ready. 5. Dip it in sugar syrup and decorate with rabdi and enjoy Tip: You can do all the steps in a mixer to step by step directly to get a good mixture instead of doing with hands.
