How are yu ,,, I don't teach pure sciences, I don't know how your papers are structured and I can mislead you kkkk but combined science yes, I know their trend, I have uploaded all papers from 2018 so I know very well the subject
if you're only asked to plot the frequency polygon, it's best to directly plot the polygon without drawing the histogram first. This will save you time and ensure you're answering the question , it is not completely incorrect unless yu specify yu are doing it for visualisation
