Hello stranger! I'm a BIM Manager (~10 years expirience) with an Architect background. My aim is to deliver BIM solution for any person or client through using different programs and devices.
This channel mostly is for sharing with my experience of the BIM.
But how much can you really build before your computer starts to catch fire? Lol like would you be able to take this one scene and continue build and add on to it and make an entire city with buildings that have fully detailed interiors?
great video! I first saw this about 5 years ago and now that I'm much better at revit, i took it as a refresher on designing from massing. What I usually do with columns and walls is offset the top by the floor/roof slab thickness. joining always leads to problems down the line. this is great for conceptualizing in SD and planning phases. thanks a ton!
Hello Niko. Saw your video on Revit automation and GPT Chat and subscribed/ joined. Have been researching AI for the last 4 months and found your RU-vid channel. Great content.
hi Nick, i really like your tutorials, can u please do something regarding working from scratch on air and plumbuing system? o please let me know if you made it alredy. thanks
I use Veras with SketchUp to render interiors (commercial) and I don't use the "is interior" setting; I have always preferred the results I get without it selected (that would be in compose mode). Not sure if it would be different for Revit.
I think that what we really need is some AI where we can import a model, for example just with colors, and specify materials for the colors with the prompt, without messing with the architecture ir changing things
