Hmmm, that YZ needs a top and bottom rebuild, but sadly in this condition it may not even take an XR 100, perhaps the young man's mother might help fix the motor again?
Yeah it definitely could have been rebuitlt , but the ssr would still smoke it I've raced it against a few yz85s and honda cr80s and ssr still beats them up to 65mph
@@Brandon_redmanur claiming something that's not possible.... 80 2stroke will beat anything 4stroke 200 and under... depending who's driving and how it runs... u must have alot of friends with junk and can't drive 2 uphold ur claims 🤷♂️🤦♂️ smh
I agree that YZ80 should have beat that ssr easy. Clean up the carb and give it a full top end and bottom end rebuild and that 80 will fly by that pit bike
@@Brandon_redman I know this is a yr old but I gotta say that 2016 yz85 needed a top end or a clutch if you beat it. I have an rm85 and i drag raced the ssr 170ho and it was neck an neck til 4 gear. The six speed transmission makes the 85 faster if the 170 was a sixer I'd probably be even. And to the guy who thinks the 160 can't touch a 150r lol I've raced a few 150r on the 85 and beat them both. The 150 has more torque but the 85s make more peak HP than 150rs it's a fact go check some dyno charts.150s are just easier to ride than 85s.
Hey man I have a 1989 YZ80 and a 110 pit bike and they are both are stock and run very well to thier full potential and my ssr cannot even catch up to my 80.
