The owner of this property does not know how to run a Home Stay. He is a big liar. He keeps on saying that its a home stay not a hotel. I understand that in home stay you charge for property not services and that's why I have uploaded few pictures also for public review. Let customer check & decide. My Experience was pathetic. Mentioning few things below: 1) The property is in very very bad condition. 2) Dampness all over 3) If you add extra bed in your package. He will give you cotton mattress. you can see the condition in attached photo 4) Dark color Towels & bed sheets so that you can't find out whether its fresh or not 5) Pillow condition is so bad that you can fold it like a handkerchief and its without pillow cover 6) Termite all over the property 7) He has his commission set with a local restaurant and that restaurant sends rotten food at very high price and very less quantity. We had to throw it 8) At the time of booking, he mentioned that Mall Road is 100 meters away from his property but its actually 1.5 - 2 kms away 9) He promised that the care taker will get you stuff from out side. When we reached there and asked the care taker to bring some stuff from the market, he refused to get most of the items as those items were locally not available & he refused to go to Mall Road 10) There is a zero watt bulb in kitchen so you can’t see anything 11) Wiping cloth in kitchen was stinking like anything 12) A glass was accidentally broken & he demanded for the complete set of glasses where as the tea cups he kept were all chipped 13) For Power Back, There is only single battery inverter which works for half an hour only and after that you are on God's mercy 14) This property is actually running on the mercy of care taker. Owner is just busy in collecting money. 15) Power sockets were hanging 16) There was no pressure in WC hand shower so kindly carry mugs along 17) No liquid soap in dispenser 18) Door makes noise. You feel that you are staying in a Bhoot Bunglow. What an adventure? 19) Cooling of Refrigerator is not up to the mark 20) Window latch is broken so you can't open the window & enjoy the weather 21) Sofas are having cigarette holes My friend Kartik Sharma who also stayed with us in this property, wrote a review and he blocked him after replying to him.
