@@Kenprints tbh in the past 3 or so years of printing, i think nearly everything I've done would have fit on the 18cm³ size of the mini. And the only thing I can remember that didn't fit on my Ender 3 V2 clone was a picture frame stand that I probably could have just printed in 2 parts and glued. But it's probably better to have more space and not need it than to not have it and need it... choices choices lol. I usually print functional parts for the home. I printed a fightstick which didn't fit on my Ender clone so I had 2 print it in 2 parts anyway. Now I just printed parts for a new controller which would have fit on the 18cm³ plate. I dunno 🤔
@Kenprints

@InklanUtterfield you could almost get 2 minis for price of the a1 my printers change regularly lol i had 6 p1s models and the a1 and a1 mini i sold off the older p1s models cheaply and kept the ams units for the 2 newest ones so i now currently have 2 x p1s with 2 ams units each and the a1 mini but a friend is buying the mini off me also cheap so il just end up with 2 decent setups in the hope that bambu release something bigger and better and il have the space for it and not have to try sell off machines to get it love me p1s units they do everything just wish they were a little bigger - one is currently set up with 0.2mm nozzle for keyring prints and the other 0.4 for day to day stuff

I have this issue right now with every belt including the Z belt underneath and this has been super useful but I'm not there yet, to be clear once you get the belt centred better, should you slack off and tighten both screws without the pressure being applied? @Renfotzer belts are tensioned by the spring tension so once you loosen the bolts it should tension correctly just needs aligning as for the bolts if you have a 3" long allen wrench held from the end and the bolt is tight and you get about 5mm flex in the length of the shaft of the allen key without the bolt turning then you are probably tight enough - currently working on a 3d printed gauge you can clip onto the allen wrench to gauge the torque applied (roughly)

I had to do this too while I was deep cleaning the extrusion gears because they were not gripping filament tightly enough and gave me errors. I removed the gears and cleaned with wire brass brush and compressed air. The bambu A1 and A1 Mini wiki maintenance and troubleshooting diagnosing pages are excellent and with great photos.
