I remember this one time I was soooo broken. And I was led to pray for the future wife of the man who hurt me. That was haaaarrd. But God wouldn't let me skip it. I started doing it crying. I was supposed to be the wife. Why am I praying for the future wife who clearly is not me? But that's how I got delivered from unforgiveness. Today I will forgive you before you wrong me. I identify with this on so many levels.

An open door almost made me a prostitute but then God spoke to me with a great voice mind you nilikuwa nafeel vby kuhang out na the targeted to a point I brake down and ask if being naais made me broken how about if am bad I wouldn't have been hurt this much but here I am still pressing on forgiveness

When Stephen was being stoned, instead of cursing his attackers, he prayed for their forgiveness. That prayer led to Paul’s salvation, who went on to write about two-thirds of the New Testament. Mama, forgive those who hurt you and show them love. If they’re hungry, feed them. If they’re cold, clothe them. If they can’t pay rent, help them. Let your love be the answer.
After watching this I had to call my father and forgave him after 20 years we had to have a very uncomfortable conversation which has helped me heal,now I can even pray and feel the move of God,unforgiveness causes alot of bad things
