SOLUTION/SOLVED Step 1 Hold mute and power simultaneously whilst the headphones are on and it will shut down. Step 2 Take out the wireless dongle Step 3 Hold mute and power simultaneously to turn on the headphones 🎧 (you should see a blue flashing light). Step 4 Re insert the wireless dongle into a DIFFERENT USB SLOT Step 5 Wait for the wireless 🛜 connection to recalibrate and voile you should be now reconnected Possible causes 1. Windows update has interfered with hardware updates. Solution Turn off windows update can update hardware Use driver booster to ensure all your drivers are up to date Have fun people and love to all 🫶
I tried many suggestions, uninstalling drivers. Drain battery and carefully unplugged battery for a bit in the right ear piece What worked. Plugging in the 3.5ML Jack, turning until I felt a pop from the connection port and quickly pulled out BOOM it worked. Careful using 3.5ML Jack it can get stuck in analog mode
Friends, I think I've found a solution, at least for myself! In my case, using a standard extension cord/adapter connected to the USB 2.0 port on my motherboard (on the back of the system unit) helped, I'm not 100% sure yet, but the problem has not yet manifested itself, even after restarting the PC everything immediately worked fine.
For desktop users my problem was not having my single plugged into the back of my pc straight into the mother board even though I had a usb type c port on the front of my case. Headset is great now.

I am having a problem where my headset is working fine but it randomly beeps even tho its fully charged (once it beeped countinuosly for 20 (ꐦ ಠ皿ಠ )times in a continuos row)
Since none of the solutions mentioned so far have had anything in common and didn't work for me, I'll add what worked for me on Windows 10 in February of 2023 on a PC without a USB-C port, thus I have been using a 3rd party adapter. Can't say whether every single one of these steps is necessary, but something here did the trick: I swapped the 3rd party adapter for the long corded one that came with the headphones. With the dongle plugged in, I then opened the Razer AppEngine interface (this app should be already running in background if you're using 7.1 Surround Sound). The dropdown for "Output Device" had "Razer Barracuda X (Speakers)" selected but there was a warning symbol (exclamation point in an orange triangle) to the right of it. Mousing over that says can't connect to device. With audio still playing (or rather, trying to play), open that dropdown and select "Razer Barracuda X (Speakers)" again. Got sound immediately after that. Hadn't tried restarting the PC, but I have a feeling that might work too. Good luck!
I have a 2022 model of this and I lost my dongle, but when I try pairing with Bluetooth it goes into paring mode but doesn’t show up anywhere, any help?
good quality sound but the pairing issues make them dogshit ive had this problem multiple times with the same headset for no reason itll just stop working then start again. if you dont want this problem i recommend staying away from this product
i also got a problem with them , in the begining it worked then 3 month later the mic didn't work anymore we didn't find any solution , then a few month later it's the headphones that didn't work ! and for no reason , it worked perfectly fine before
this is for everyone! after an hour of chatting with customer support, i found the problem! Simply hold the power button and the mute button down at the same time and it will reset and start to blink blue fast. then try it then. worked for me on ps4
@@notfogzz in my case it didn't start flashing fast either, but it did reboot and let me reconnect it while it was off i pressed the mute and power button at the same time for about 5 seconds then turned it back on and it worked
