Fortunately, he truly was the better man in this encounter. His choice to handle it the way he did prevented a terrible outcome where he would have been on the losing end. The racist man he encountered, Mr. Paul Ng, was actually carrying a concealed firearm at the time of this encounter and later when he was finally arrested.
