...after i just ripped up my old exercise band i ordered this theraband clx. I'm very courious how the training is going to be. With the original bands sometimes my hands hurt a little bit when i wrapped them around. So i imagine that with the loops the training will be more comfortable. However: training with theraband is great, at the moment i like it better than weights. My impression is that it is better for the back, too.
