Geelong was the only place outside of Melbourne to have Barker Technics E-bells. They were all replaced by modern E-bells between 2007 and 2009

Nice! My guess is this was probably filmed in 2007 due to X31 still being in PN yellow/gold livery and the Swanston street crossing still having Barker technics E-bells (the crossing had safetran e-bells by 2008 and by 2006, most of the FA locomotives had been rebranded with PacNat logos)

Both engines in this video are scrapped now
