We have so many almond all over our chemins here and three trees in our garden, so I’ll make this! Thanks!! Also w3 have several neighbours with chickens so we have plenty of fresh eggs here. Hi Albert! I love soups. I am going to make them later aaaall winter. Guess what! Today i finally made canapés! Bread, cream cheese, mashed sweet potato, with red onion and a leaf of mint on top. "Chilled during the summer!!!" What a great idea. As I sit here in cold and overcast Vancouver, British Columbia, a hot bowl of Creamy Almond Soup seems so comforting. Then again, a chilled almond soup for a hot day seems like the perfect comfort to sit and "chill" for the afternoon. Thanks again for giving us confidence to have good kitchen and food preparation literacy.
