Hello, I have some money and want to convert the apartment I would rent to an AIRBNB. I tried to do it with a landlord a couple of years ago but he refused, so I gave up. Getting a rental property or a landlord to accept to have the property converted into an Airbnb is the hardest and the biggest problem in starting an Airbnb.
