Hello, I have some money and want to convert the apartment I would rent to an AIRBNB. I tried to do it with a landlord a couple of years ago but he refused, so I gave up. Getting a rental property or a landlord to accept to have the property converted into an Airbnb is the hardest and the biggest problem in starting an Airbnb. Can you please help me get into my first Airbnb apartment by showing me how to convert a rental into an Airbnb? I would pay for the course. Thank you

This assumes the landlord is somehow retarded and doesn't know market prices. is not capable of marketing units for rent, and also allows subleasing. Dumb...
