The idea of this channel is to take the love, nostalgia and variety of a video rental store and to bring that energy to this RU-vid channel. As kids we’d go to Blockbuster and Hollywood video with no expectations, simply knowing we’d have a good time with whatever we got at the video store. Sometimes we’d select movies just based on the covers or actors and would welcome recommendations from staff at those places. The same concept applies to our channel, with a wide variety of titles being reviewed that some people may never find otherwise.
@@noxvideostore Exactly, just sad to not see him hit his pinnacle of his career. To be honest it was truly hard to watch that movie when it came out, but it was amazing. His memories will live on.
Glad you all mentioned the helicopter pilot. That guy definitely peace’d on outta there. You’d think Teasle and the State Police would have some questions for that guy:)
You don't seem to want to accept the fact you're dealing with an expert in guerrilla warfare… With a man who's the best, with guns, with knives, with his bare hands. A man who's been trained to ignore pain, ignore weather, to live off the land, to eat things that would make a billy goat puke. In Vietnam his job was to dispose of enemy personnel. To kill! Period! Win by attrition. Well Rambo was the best.
You guys are wild, this movie was a masterpiece. My favorite part was how shi*** the characters were and how weak the story was. The best part was that dumpster fire third act written by a film school nerd. Those callbacks! Come on. “Get away from her you bbbbishhh”!!! Solid 5 of 5. A masterpiece. This and The Watchers were flawless.
Hi, how are you? I never saw "Small Soliders," but I liked hearing your commentary-- I'll have to check it out!! I DO have a request---- can you review, "Hackers," with Angelina Jolie & Johnny Lee Miller [it's one of my all-time favorites]. I feel like they should have stayed married in real-time- such a pure and innocent love! <3 :) =]
Still not sure why it’s on those lists… really wanted to like it but it was boring. Took forever to get the reveal and just didn’t have the right characters or energy. Glad some folks like it though. To each their own.
My dear critic, your discerning ear has pinpointed an undeniable truth amidst our chaotic podcasting endeavor. The clash of personal directional mics with the relentless hum of a fan has indeed left our audio in a state akin to a turbulent ride through the ether. Fear not, for your astute observation fuels our relentless pursuit of sonic perfection. We shall heed your words like a captain navigating treacherous waters, ensuring that future episodes resonate with clarity and harmony. Your critique, though cutting, serves as a beacon guiding us toward the shores of pristine audio quality.
