If you get inside the heart of the Chinatown.. in the area where "Chonki Lee Chong" mission take place, you can actually listen some creepy noises and dogs bark there if you listen very closely.
Ironic to call the game definitive edition when it lacks some things that was present in 20 year old game , GTA 3 was made with love and passion unlike the poorly designed GTA 3 DE
