⚽ TACTICS: I provide visual explanations of formations and player roles. While not a master tactician, I've had success creating my own strategies.
⚽ TUTORIALS: I cover key aspects of the game including squad management, team planning, training, youth development (wonderkids), and the medical center.
⚽ CHALLENGES: Challenges are my favorite, pushing my abilities with journeyman, pentagon, director of football, and youth-only saves.
⚽ REBUILDS: It's been a passion as I love bringing childhood clubs back to glory. My first video features a Deportivo La Coruna rebuild.
Hello, I like your videos, they are constructed very well , are you thinking of releasing a video on your way of scouting and using the scouting system? thanks ps: sorry my english is very bad ;)
Are you German? Your English is much better than my German. :) I’ve been thinking about creating a video on scouting. Is there anything specific you’d like me to cover?
E se der, depois so queria saber da onde você pegou o arquivo que corrige as competições e o calendário daqui, ja corrigi os times (emblema e uniforme), mas o calendário n 👍
Eu peguei o update do Brasil Mundi Up.
Trabalho brabo, ja me inscrevendo aq. ✌️
Thank you Charlie. I have a video on how to find wonderkids. Here is thei link for you: Tips to find the best WONDERKIDS in Football Manager ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2c4z4frT9vg.html
Good idea!!! The spreadsheet is a bit complex but I’m trying to simplify it. In the next video, I’ll show a spreadsheet that I use to calculate contracts. I’ll make it available for download too.
Love your vids, but what about signing on fees, bonuses(goals, assists, team of the year, international apps)and then agent fees, all of them could reduce your debt even more by offering new contracts?
Very very good content and well explained. With and inverted full back is it preferable to have on the same midfield side a player that gives more support to the winger, like a mezzala or carrillero? Thank you.
Hello Ladislav. My goal is to have the best staff among the teams in my league. As you know, the size of your medical team is determined by your board. Sometimes, I can accomplish my goals with the number of staff allowed. Depending on the team/league, I have to ask the board for additional staff. For top teams, I usually go with 3-5 Physios and 2-3 Sports Scientists. Although the number staff in your medical department is important, quality is even more important. Always focus on bringing new staff with higher attributes. That will make a huge difference. Do you want me to take a look at any specific clubs? Cheers!
It does make a huge difference. When you go into a game knowing there is no way back, it adds a lot of anticipation and anxiety to the game experience.
Thank you very much. I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed it. If you play with the IFB + HB + Libero, send me a message and let me know how it goes. Cheers!
After watching this video, all I can say is that I miss Lilian Thuram a lot! Great video! By the way, all my wingers are instructed to keep dribbling until the legs fall off 😅⚽️ Let’s go! 🤙
The libero must be an outstanding player to thrive. You may use it in lower leagues, but be careful to pair him with 2 partners (either CB's or IFB and CB) that will be able to fulfill any gaps left. Anyway, one really really interesting video would be talking about the IF and IW. They're roles that play in the same position, but have completely different roles. Beginners might find confuse which one to choose
I agree 100%. I’m not sure it’s the sort of role for lower leagues. Definitely not a role for average players, so much so that one of the best líberos in the history of football was Mr. Franz Beckenbauer. I love the suggestion for a video about IF and IW. Let’s do it!
Nice Video mate. the Halfback is maybe my most favorite player role. But just as some constructive critique, maybe u gonna highlight a bit more why or how this role is used aka strengths/weaknesses. For the halfback the biggest weaknes is that, without a "real" DM, in posession there is a huge gap in ur build up play between ur back 3 and ur center midfielders. so u should choose a playstyle that plays wide and utilize ur wingbacks. Also either one or, at best, both of ur CM should have the player trait "drops deep to get the ball" so they offer more passing options. Since u cant use wide defenders in back 4 u should instruct ur 2 CB´s to stay wide to spread out a bit more when the Halfback drops in between them so the gonna act more like FB on defend in posession. The one thing that makes a 4-3-3 with an halfback so OP is that u are boarderline impossible to press because u always gonna outnumber the opponents attackers while in posession which is great for retaining posession. But unlike in a regular 3-4-3 the halfback gonna act like a DM/BWM while out of posession so u dont have to worry that much about opponents offensive midfielders. i recomend to instuct ur halfback to mark tigther/positional marking/OM(c)
Hey Tom. Thank you for watching the video and providing your feedback. I agree 100% with your thoughts. I even shared a similar view with another follower who asked me some additional questions. Another thing I like to do is playing with a DLF or a TF in Support with the tactics too. The video was meant to be short and objective, but I’ll elaborate more in the upcoming videos for other roles. Great suggestion. Cheers!
Hi. You don’t have to. As a matter of fact, I don’t think it would work. It would probably have the same effect as playing with one halfback. Here is another issue if it worked: when playing with a halfback, you will get an extra man in the back in the build up, but that also means one less man in the middle. With that being said, you need to pair the HB with a midfielder that can move to receive the ball in the middle. I haven’t tested two HBs so my answer is based on what I think would happen. I’ll try one day to see what really happens in game. Cheers!
Wonderful work as ALWAYS! You set a new standard of FM Content creation! Really proud to be associated with you! Keep them coming! You are an inspiration to me every single day! Not just for your work ethic but your professionalism in making informative videos that are quick & easy to comprehend without much fluff - as I'm lenient to! Keep it up!
Thank you my friend. I truly appreciate your support. It has definitely kept me optimistic and engaged in creating more content. I’m excited about FM25 and all the projects we have talked about.
Hi there im really new to FM and trying to play brazil third division as Fig. The problem is idk how to fix the finances situation. is there any insight or methods you can help me with?
When I play with smaller clubs, I focus on free agents for a couple of years. Remember to keep an eye on players whose contracts expire in six months so you can offer them a contract early. Another tip is to sell any players you receive an offer for. It’s unlikely that you will keep them for the long run. Once you have money, you can focus on buying players. By then, you should be able to sign some new gens.
@@FMNATICS Thank you. Basically don't be afraid to let go of players. New players will come in as I sign them. Main thing is free agents. Here a Subscribe. If you can also turn this to a video ill really appreciate it gives me even a visual way to understand but you don't have to.
Mentality: when and where to change for ex you go up 1 away to a strong team, started on positive now change to Cautious to withstanding the upcoming attacking home team ?
@@FMNATICS Hey it's me again lol. I have a video on the half back coming out soon (for the record, it was pure coincedence with my schedule): would you mind if I put a link to your video in my description? Thought it might be nice to have another video as a reference/study guide for a more comprehensive look at the role. Thanks and once again love your channel!
@TheDeepLyingPlaymaker Hey. No problem at all. I was actually going to contact you too. I’m going to create a few more videos on player roles and wanted to recommend your videos as additional guidance. Is that ok?
The halfback it's basically the opposite way of the libero. The halfback is a DM/CD that'll support the backline to have superiority and the Libero is a CD/DM that'll go forward to support the midfield line to gain that superiority. Altough, one curious fact in this FM is how the Halfback acts in a 3 line system (either a 3 central defenders system or using the inverted fullback), the Halfback will act as a regular Defensive Midfielder when there are already 3 men at the back, and just then one of them pushes forward he'll drop to maintain the system. So, in my opinion, the Halfback is a role designed to maintain the Positional Play game and giver quantitative superiority in the whole pitch extension
