We are staying here to in October. Was it hard to get to the cruise terminal from hotel. There will be six of us and wasn’t sure if we need a ride or can we walk.
@shoptease you could walk it if you you all are able. It's about 1/4 mile . They do have shuttles, but the traffic is insane...it took us 30 minutes to go a block

The demise of buffets is widespread in all gambling locations, including Las Vegas. The COVID-19 pandemic shut down the buffets, which, I suspect, was not unwelcomed by the suits who ran the casino/hotels. In Las Vegas, the old buffets have mostly been replaced by food courts, which (of course) charge ridiculous prices even by 2024 standards.
I worked at the Tunica casinos for 16 years. Left in 2014 when Caesars shut down Harrahs. After the 2011 flood and the economic downturns it never recovered. With gas so high most people go to Southland in Arkansas.
When you play a slot machine, And it's not hitting or doing anything, Do you stay on it Or do you get up and move around to different machines? I never know if I should put my whole bank roll in one machine and pray. I get at least an hour to play. Or if I should move around. Any advice would be welcome thank you
@jenkayla2492 I will usually play for about 15 minutes and if it never hits I will move to another slot or sometimes if I like the slot machine I am playing I will change the denomination because if pennies are cold and I switch to 2cents it might do better... it really is a crap shoot when it comes to playing slots, but no matter what slot you play, always turn volume to maximum because the chance of winning increases 8% to hit on that slot machine...

That place is terrible a bunch of slots you would find in a regular casino but they are different they play glitchy and for example the luxury line game isn’t supposed a ? Mark bonus tans in Kentucky anything 600$ or more is a handpay and you’re required to pay taxes

Those machines on the cruises are all mainstream. The absolute minimum RTP setting any operator can choose is 75%. Unless you can a glimpse at the screen when a machine is being installed, then you won't truly know what the casino has chosen.My own guess would be mid 80's. The truth is, the RTP rate is meant for the lifetime of the machine. That machine will balance towards that rate of around 10 million spins. So whether you are playing a 95% or 85% machine, your few dozen/hundred spins is not going to be statistically noticeable. You could play the lower set machine & win more compared to the higher machine. You want to play machines with higher RTP rates because that means more winning spins will be had. However that few additional percent is spread out via all those millions of spins. So whether you do 10 or 100, you aren't going to feel the difference in your play between machines regardless.
