En esencia el ser humano persigue el confort de sentirse bien, en lo más profundo anhelamos paz, nuestras convicciones, valores y corrientes de pensamiento de toda índole nos moldean, somos esto y aquello. El soportar tanta verdad puede sencillamente desvanecer nuestro espíritu, poner en duda nuestras creencias y reinventar nuestro ser

Each day I feel worse and i don't feel like reaching out for help is helping at all. I lie to my therapist unintentionally. when will i feel better. how. nothing is interesting anymore. i am not treated like a human. more so a piece of roadkill that must be discarded. I am an observer. I watch as happy, innocent people flood through my vision. I am lonely, i am numb. numb and lonely. ever since i was nine, i felt this feeling. god, help. it hurts. im hoping heaven or even hell is a better place for me.
