Path Pedaler is a bike show that explores America by trail. Mary Jo Monte will be your trail guide, she will take you on trips and show you all the fun and exciting things to do along the trail.
Mary Jo also hosts "How To" videos on such subjects as "How to Choose the Right Bike" and "How to Change a Flat Tire".
We have thousands of miles of trails to explore and I hope you will join Mary Jo on one of her Path Pedaling adventures!
Wonderful presentation! As a senior, I look forward to riding the trails in Chesapeake City and C&D Canal! Hope to experience this in May or June with some riding friends.
I am going through a severe concussion for not taking care of my head without properly securing my headgear in boxing trying to “look cool.” He is completely right.
Whitetop is in southwestern Virginia, not southeast stated in the video. You can see eastern North Carolina and eastern Tennessee on the way to the Whitetop drop off.
WoW we'll be there in a few weeks...and yes...THIS is on our Itinerary...great presentation...you convinced us...and I will be having some of that world famous chocolate cake...THANKS A TON for helping us decide what to do!!!!
I really enjoy your videos. I get to see trails I may not be able to visit, and certainly parts of trails of interest. Your presentation is great! And it was nice to see that the trail ranger was riding an e-bike. That makes riding more accessible for some of us that may be a little north of middle age.
Awesome video and great narration! We are planning to do this trail on Saturday. Quick question, would you happen to know if we could get a sandwich or something to eat for lunch near Blackwell ?
@@pathpedaler8535 no worries. Thanks for responding . We rode 17 miles on this trail and enjoyed the Ice Cream at the general store. Thank you once again
How are the retro style wide cruiser handlebar from riding around town on the road if there are cars around? I'm not talking about swerving in and out of traffic in NYC, but like a smaller town that has quite and some more busy roads? Is the wider width an issue?
I am at the BIKE FRIENDLY Red Roof Inn in Abington and going to TRY the full 17 each way in the morning, i have a new high end hardtail build that's only 21.25 pounds with pedals but i haven't been riding much at all so i will be taking a break when necessary
What a great & informative video. I ride my bike around St Pete beach while on vacation. After seeing this I'm excited about checking out the Pinellas trail.
Nice job, it helps to know all the interesting spots and scenery along the trail. Looking forward to riding it possibly this August and now I know what to expect. Thanks again!
Love this trail! I've ridden every segment of it between Yellow Springs and Milford. Outside of Miamiville is a cemetery where Charlie Henry Rich is buried. Rich was playing cards with Wild Bill Hickok, and had dealt him the "Dead Man's Hand" of Aces and Eights which Hickok was holding when he was shot in the head from behind and murdered. Rich's tombstone is engraved with a depiction of the cards he had dealt Hickok.
An incredibly well edited video. Love it....great job presenting all the amazing things this trail has to offer and how beautiful the whole area is... defenetly want to do thus trail at some point. Also really like all the historical bits of information along the way...very nice. Just one small note of correction, they were not Indians...but I got your point. Keep up the amazing work. Looking forward to the next one
