And here is the apple tarts recipe: - homemade pie crust (pie dough) - 4 granny smith apple (sliced), mixed with 3 tbsp brown sugar and cinnamon. - caramel sauce: 50 gr unsalted butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 white sugar, 3 tbsp all purpose flour, 1/4 cup water.

Recipe: 1/4 cup warm water, 1 tsp instant yeast, 1/4 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp plain yogurt, 1/2 egg, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour. 🔹️Gradually mix all ingredients, knead until soft. 🔹️Cover and let rise until double 🔹️Shape the dough and cook in non-stick frying pan until golden brown. 🔹️Brush with melted unsalted butter. 🔹️Serve with butter coriander sauce. 😋😋👩🍳😍
