What is the schooling that goes into becoming a certified art therapist? I am in school to get my bachelors in psychology. I want to be an art therapist but also want to be able to do EMDR therapy, CBT, and other techniques. I need to figure out the next step for grad school, any recommendations?

I enjoyed this video as I found this video to be helpful and informative! I will say that in my other sources such as Rosenthal’s Encyclopedia of counseling book, the ages when stages of development occur for several theorist differed from what is said in this video.

This truly helped me personally. I never heard of pseudo feelings until i became extremely depressed. I havent been able to find a therapist who is not more concerned with getting paid first and foremost, so i began reading lots of books. And this word(s) came up. I’m currently preparing for my NCE and I am so happy I found this video you’re series is allowing me to listen to audio process and retain information in times where I can’t physically read. I just turn up the volume set my phone down and listen to you teach the information and it allows me to retain it in a completely different way thank you so much

Great info, especially on Erikson! However, Skinner is not associated with the bobo doll experiment; that is Bandura and social learning theory. Skinner had the “Skinner box” to demonstrate operant conditioning with animals.
