, I see that your channel has SEO problem that's why the channel is not increasing views and adding subscribers properly. And your channel isn't growing. Can you give me some time to talk about this?
Hey There, It's Borhan here! I'm a huge fan of your "Neighborhood Experts | Paige Schulte" RU-vid channel. Your content is always top-notch, and I can see the passion and effort you pour into each video. I believe you have incredible potential to reach an even wider audience with a solid RU-vid strategy. I would love to schedule a short meeting with you to discuss how I can help you grow your channel faster. This is not a sales call, but an opportunity to share ideas and offer assistance. Let me know if you're interested, and we can find a convenient time to chat. Thanks for your time and for creating such amazing content.
I went to Purdy Elementary back in the 90s. It was an absolute shithole; Mold, junk, old books, no child left behind bullshit, and the staff was a bunch of old hags that should have retired 20 years prior. Glad it got an update both in and out, though it's a couple of decades late.
Unique problem: I am a Jazz drummer. I want to be close to shopping and downtown. I'm a well-practiced and skilled player who is, frankly, exceptionally good. I don't wanna be the bad-guy. I don't play after 9pm or before 9am. But where can I play/practice in my own house without neighbors complaining?!? or law enforcement showing up from griping neighbors? There is no loud band with amplifiers. More like me playing along to music cd's with my living room stereo on. I try to play like Buddy Rich, or close to him. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LobC2vPLuzQ.html would love to be near water, or at least have a view of it, but not an absolute necessity. 5 min drive to water is also OK.
This is not the Gig Harbor I GREW up in the 1970s and 1980s! Its filled with to many former calfornians and they have driven up the prices to sky high prices. We bought our 2,300 square foot house for 45,000 in 1975 and its sad we lost it in the 1983 recession.
