I was a little hesitant to open my lx50, but 2 minutes in, I decided I could definitely do it. Running mine in reverse caused a "Paper Jam" between the rollers and the Feed Slot - which actually lifted the white plastic thingy. I literally had to use needle-nosed pliers to remove the packed in paper - which of course, let the feed arm sensor thingy work! I just mainly needed to know how or what to expect when I took the top off! Thanks for the video which gave me the confidence to attempt it!
This is a great car to drive from my experience. The shocks are more comfortable. The interior is well decorated, an improvement from the previous model 3. But if you own the a Model3 performance 2022 to 2023, it’s still much better than this. Better to get the model three performance.
Thanks very much !! My problem was exactly the one you describe, and the explanation of positioning the paper sensor worked perfectly. i have never oiled the shredder in 14 years so your advice embarrased me, and oilcan now out !
During a sunny day, you might get a reflection of the silver lining trim on the ambient lighting decor on your front windscreen. Not ideal though but manageable.
Our office has a model no. C-525 and the tube for the oil seems to be either clogged or needs to be replaced because oil goes in sometimes and sometimes not. Could you help. Thank you.
Note that once you have all the screws removed the two sides need to be pulled apart even though they might feel like there is still something holding them together - mine needed quite a bit of force to separate.
1800c fellowes plastic coaster wheels for bin fall out. This is out of the box brand new. The coaster wheels fall away. They don't lock into place. What to do ?? Return it ?
I love how glock makes its own bb guns and how they make them look so real ru-vid.comUgkxnX9wE_Q8zvF75Y5iWzTU3Q4FlrtyGApQ , the only thing is that the slide doesn't move back. The sights and the body structure is so similar to a real handgun, fits in my hand perfectly but I actually ordered it with the 40 pack of Co2 tanks and they never arrived even though it said that they handed It to me. Was not able to test the accuracy since I didn't get everything I purchased which is frustrating and that's the whole reason why I got the bundle so it arrives together. So the Co2 tank happens to be a third party so it makes no sense to put it in the bundle if it doesn't get shipped at the same time, the BB gun arrived first then the Co2 tanks were supposed to arrive someday later but didn't, which doesn't make sense. I recommend just ordering the gun itself so you don't get the same issue I ran into plus there's no option for a refund. How stupid.
I waa just about to give up until I saw your video have the same make and model had it for more years than I can remember served me well would have been sorry to have thrown it out but your step by step solution solved the problem now it will probably outlast me. thanks .
Thanks so much! It turned out I needed to use a credit card to "wiggle" the paper sensor. Shredder would only work in reverse, dead on forward. Now it works fine. I did follow other instructions to run in reverse and removing paper shreds. But the credit card "wiggle" of paper sensor worked after all that tried. Probably best to clear it out so I don't think I wasted any time. So happy we have these resources. Much appreciation especially in this current economy.
Thank you for a very helpful video!! I didn’t realise before I watched it that the plastic piece among the teeth is a sensor. As in your video, I had no paper jam and couldn’t work out why the shredder still wouldn’t work. Different shredder, (Fellowes M-8C) but thanks to you, by adjusting the sensor, it’s now working again.
thanks sooo much for this help!!!! great it works. 2 days I had and the paper was too much, after this video I tried and its gone. thank you. I believed to order a new. saved, hahaha. thank
I dont have this exact model but (after unplugging) I took needle nose plyers to the paper pieces I saw in and a tiny screwdriver I dug out what else I could. Didnt seem like I moved much but eventually it kicked back on. There is a part inside that overheats with a good jam and that also might need to cool down before it starts working again. Good luck.
Honestly I tossed mine in the bin…😂. I think returned it. Really good keyboard but I think with Apple updates it threw it off balance. Best to get the Magic keyboard. What a beauty!

Glad to know this video is helping many people. Thank you for your feedback. Having used this shredder for years now, try not to oil too much. Too much oil could wet the paper clogging the shredder and cause damage. If oil, only little drops.
@@IceHarvest929 hi, true, too much oil creates a jam. I was in the same situation. The oil literally soaks the paper resulting to a marshy paper on shredder teeth. I would suggest, power off, lift shredder and gently/ carefully clean teeth with a screwdriver 🪛 ( to help picking the paper between the teeth). You can also pull with fingers the larger bits. Please be careful. Try drying off the oil. Put shredder back on and shred some paper to attempt drying the teeth. You might need to use the reverse function as necessary. Hope this helps. If you have to oil, in my opinion, only a drop or two, is more than enough.
Please be aware, the lapstrap and the bottom end of the chest strap, need to go under the armrests of the seat when a child is seated in it. Basically, all red areas are where the straps should go.
My P-35C was getting very noisy even after a good application of WD40. I took it apart and the paper sensor fell out. It wasn't obvious how it went back together until I watched your video then I got it. I put it all back together with plenty of fresh grease on the drive gears and some oil on the bearings and now it's working well. Many thanks buddy.
You wouldn’t believe it but i use Wahl hair clipper oil. But i think WD40 should also suffice. Given its a blade, I believe any cutting blade oil should work.
Never use an aerosol (i.e. in a spray can) or petroleum based product when oiling a shredder (both have ingredients that are a fire hazard with the high temperature of a shredder) , but vegetable oil is ok (any cooking oil will do), or mineral oil. Put the oil in a squeeze bottle with a small nozzle. Run the shredder in reverse and pass the bottle back and forth ONCE, squeezing gently, across the blade opening in the top of the shredder. Continue running in reverse for another 20 seconds. A shredder should be oiled every time the waste basket is emptied.
One great product to use is Texet Shredder Oil LB- 240ML. Totally forgot I had this because I use my clipper oil more. So there you go, you have options. Also instruction for use (from Texet): 1. Apply oil to an A4 sheet of paper in a zigzag motion, Dom top to bottom and shred. 2. Use once per week or before continuous use.
Trust me it a great product. It’s my everyday use at site and its not worn at all. The material used seem to be very durable. I thought by now it would have split but no even a sign of deterioration. Pleasantly impressed by
