Love this! Taking the locket aesthetic but making a actual functional home a sim could live in normally. I think im too late but i would love to see more
Thank you for your comment! I can't promise that I'll do more because I usually only upload as a hobby, when I have time. But I will keep it in mind :) Thanks again!
I’m wanting to dye one of my green eye color create girls hair which I got on eBay, pre-stained a mess when I got her 😂. So I was going to use Rit! Thank you so much for all the helpful information you provided on the different kinds of Rit, I certainly won’t want to be coloring her skin, so thank you so much!
Love this. I use cold water for the clothes because they are not made to be washed like 'human' clothes so some of them can be delicate ie leech dye, loose their bright colors, prints etc etc For Madisons (they are my favorite Myscenes) I treated their hair like I do my curly annoying hair. I wash, condition, detangle. The detangling takes a lot more time and patience than a straight hair doll. If the hair is really matted I sometimes don't 100% of all the knots out. Then I do a dip in boiled water. While maybe not out of the box perfect, the process improves the look of the hair quite dramatically in my opinion. On a very old Madison I have used a bit of hair gel on the top of the crown and mane to tame flyaways.
Fascinating work, well done. Just as a heads up, about a year ago I discovered Worbla Thermoplastics thanks to the @PoppenAtelier youtube channel. It is great for creating easily controllable rigid shapes, and it even comes in a transparent version. You might find it useful for accessories, etc. x
Thanks! I have seen her use it to great effect also. Unfortunately, when I last checked, it was very expensive to buy where I am. Thanks for the reminder to look into it again :)
Another good way to dry the clothes is to put them on hangers and attach them by the hooks onto the grid of a fan then turn it on and you have a great mini clothes dryer The salad spinner idea is a great one
I’m 29 and love Monster High! I was a little past the demographic for them when they came out so they weren’t even on my radar back then, but I am making up for lost time now! Cleo and Nefera are beautiful 💕
@@koaladolls7339 can you please do More of the Monster High dolls and all around it? That Would make me sooo happy ❤️❤️ And if you have time and want to, I would also be happy about the Ever After High dolls 🥹🥹🥹❤️❤️❤️

I have working out Barbie, but her neck is broken so she's waiting for me to be less busy and perform surgery on her I guess. If you need more resources etc for ID-ing barbies im a huge ID nerd so hmu? anyways love the channel and video!
Hi! Sorry I must have missed your comment before! Thank you for watching and commenting, I struggle with IDs with doll I’m unfamiliar with so I appreciate the offer :) Thanks again
That's a very nice, informative and complete restoration tutorial with lots of great tips! :) Just before the initial wash, you mention some vintages had their hair glued in, can you tell me what years Mattel did this?
Thank you! I’m not an expert, just talking from my own experience but I believe it became common around the mid 2000s (I suppose that’s technically not vintage then, depends on your definition - I’ve heard it mean 20+ years old but some consider the word to mean even older than that).
Haha I get a weird satisfaction from pulling apart toys - I feel a bit like Sid from Toy Story sometimes 😂 I still have to customise the doll’s insides! One day…
