I believe I recall this, a drummer at a cancelled amusement park Pokeronpa. The chapter 1 death, don't recall much either. Panic talk actions are the mini game I don't see that often.
I recently got into YTTD less than a week ago, I already finished the game and I've been looking for more content on the game. And I found this channel, I've been watching all the YTTD stuff here and it's very high quality. Keep up the great work and I'll be sticking around to watch more of this if you continue making it.
*Spoilers for Main Game Vid* Knowing he fears losing someone, this makes me wonder how Cintel handled Arlew's death. It makes me sad to think about it-
It's interesting to me that this channel has managed to cover two games that I liked back to back in the same order as me (Gnosia -> YTTD). Your original demonstration of definite enemy lines for your OCs in Gnosia kickstarted me to start my own Gnosia mod, and now this is making me wonder about YTTD modding post-finishing the game (since I'm going to play through it semi-blind soon). Your writing is pretty good, I found myself engaged with the plotline and emotional beats you were trying to hit. I like the sprites too, they look nice, I don't know if you've ever taken a writing/art class but talent wise it rubs off on me that you probably have. Keep it up, you have people interested in your projects and the mods you make. I'm a hobbyist modder myself so I sometimes get the feeling like I'm wasting my time with my mods, so I'm leaving this extra bit here to encourage you to keep going and making projects you enjoy just incase you ever get those kinds of feelings too. I and many others would definitely like to see more, but take as long as you need, or move onto other things that catch your eye. Whatever you make, I'm sure you'll have some people tuning in to see it.
I'm of two minds. I really like the effort put into this and all the hard work, and it's great to see some mon not very often used in this. But also, I'm a Blitzle lover who hates how Blitzle is looked down upon or just underused, and to see what happens to Blitz Eeehh, I'm spiteful, so I will downvote despite liking all the effort put into it.
Ooooh my god? Where was THIS all my life?? Sheeesh, the effort put into all these sprites is nuts. You didn't even, like, just paste the sprites over the original characters in YTTD and just have the original dialogue and story run through. You made original sprites, for original characters, AND have original storyline and dialogue to go along with it?? Take my like and sub, its the LEAST I can do.
Yeah not all my characters do, I just happened to accidentally pick a lot of those that swear constantly (looking at you, Kizuri and Blitz) with a decent amount of the others being somewhat vulgar still
Brosky already convinced me to make a Gnosia series with their video months ago, I refuse to let it convince me to make another Your Turn To Die series.
You got another like and subscribe! A couple notes: Yoseku and Sulter Directly lied several times. in this portion he didn't claim "I am the keymaster" but they both said statements that were irrevocably false including the example of Sulter being Sage. The Affirm/Deny portion was done expertly. Cornelius' break was a little unsatisfying, but fair given the circumstances. Harassing Cintel was smooth The pad was presentation was clean but I don't understand how that clears Cintel from being sacrifice? The bigger thing off the bat is Cintel had tokens and that gave it away instantly. I don't know how to explain this, but the Extract/Conflict portion could have been a little cleaner and actually pit the mons up against each other more. For the double ending, especially the last bit, you made it sound like the protag would have choose Arlew no matter what. There wasn't any reason for Cintel?
Ooh might as well talk about these, though some of this has definitely left my mind since doing this but here goes The game is kinda vague as to what extent the Sage has to tell the truth, especially with the second Main Game's Sage muddling up that definition a little. Certainly they're still able to lie though, just not about the results of the divination, AKA who the Keymaster is. Here, I decided that Sulter's statements don't count, and while Yoseku can't lie about the Keymaster, he can lie as to who the Sage is, because that's more indirect of a lie, if that makes sense. Admittedly, since I gave Cornelis' what I did, it was always going to be something that didn't take long and was easy to figure out because of how they are as a character. I suppose if I gave their part of the plot to someone else, it could've allowed for more work to figure things out, but honestly I just gave it to them because Cornelis being a godawful liar is kind of endearing to me so I wanted to throw that in. I think what I was going for was that while it's not concrete, the fact that both of them were talking in a way where it'd be impossible to tell who the Sacrifice was between them gave a slight hint towards an attempt to not get votes, though it still could've been so you couldn't tell who was safe to vote if one of them was the Sacrifice. The fact that the Sacrifice was traded though means it either went to Cintel, or Blitz/Tachyl, and since Arlew gave that hint in the first place, he was definitely giving himself the ability to prove that he was a Commoner if need be. His actions admittedly makes more sense if Tachyl doesn't get into the Final Vote, which I made a possibility for some reason. Point is if they were trying to win via Sacrifice though, he wouldn't have put everyone else in a position where it'd make the most logical sense to vote neither of them (as in, the current direction of the Main Game before revealing he was the owner), or give hard evidence as to which of the two could definitely be voted. I guess while that itself isn't concrete either, Arlew admitted to it anyway so welp, no need to really prove it. If I had to guess what you mean, it'd be how the Conflict parts aren't usually conflicting, and more just one person giving an answer to someone else's question instead of an actual opposition. Admittedly don't know what to say for this one, cause I wasn't entirely sure how to get it in a way that feels completely right Admittedly yes, Perante definitely prefers one over the other, but the main factor is just that Cintel didn't hesitate to ask for the vote, and with an intensity that's usually unseen from him. That combined with a couple of others vocally deciding to fulfil that request means that with it wouldn't be that unlikely for him to feel pressured to go along with it, even if yeah, long term he would definitely rather have Arlew killed over Cintel.
@@woahcardboard All of that feels completely valid thanks for following up on this! Again, love the content. I wish I could offer better advice, but you're way ahead of me lol.
This straight up looks and feels like the original game! Good work Edit (has spoilers): okay, i finished watching the vídeo fully, DAMN Blitz did not deserve that, from being sacrifice to being painfully and slowly burnt alive, It makes me genuinely feel bad. As for Cetil VS Arlew, i am genuinely interested on seeing how the story progresses from there, they both care about each other and dont want either of them to die, yet we are forced to choose, kinda like a Sou and Kanna situation, i guess choosing Arlew is the emotion route and choosing Cetil is the logic route
