The game is essentially built for you to destroy the base and then part ways with the Illusive Man. If you save it the subsequent part of the game (I usually do Lair of the Shadow Broker and obviously Arrival after the Collector Base) where you don't depend any more on Cerberus doesn't make much sense 😐.
not at all, he has a heart and compassion. Rouge is the game where it shows that the assassin's aren't all that great and templars aren't all that bad. It's like people if you think about it. Back to Shay, he had a tough life, none of his friends or his mentor listen to him when he explained that is their fault for destroying Lisbon, and they were willing to keep searching for the artifacts that if were taken would create another incident like in Lisbon. So yea, who is a cold murderer now?
@@biswajitnath804 His mission wasn't to make Arno an orfan, it was to get back the artifact and kill the assassin that protects it, this is more than one's man life, is about everyone's. His father said it himself that is willing to die to accomplish his mission (which he failed). From my point of view it does justify it. One more thing i forgot to mention, Shay was never a "cold blooded murderer" he didn't enjoy killing his old friends (rewatch the scenes if u don't believe me), he even asked Haytham to spare his mentor. This is how i see things, everyone has their own opinions and i can respect your. If u have time to sustain yours feel free to comment.
@@dmsh686 you are right, ac3 brought all this new features but it lacked the story and the connor didnt really had a personality. That's why many hate ac3 and is their right to do it. I mean after 3 games about Ezio (he has 3 games for a reason) u get Connor, no personality and no purpose (if u want to say that he was trying to save his people that doesn't compare with any of the games that were before and after). The dlc is rly good tho
@@mr.a.7977 his purpose was to save George Washington. Even when he knew, that Washington killed his mother , and burnt his village, he didnt take revenge like dumb. He understood, that only Washington can make people independent. So he had personality. He is serious, clear, and etc like that AC 3 is good game
