If you have Let's encrypt auto ssl in cpanel or if you have whm access, you can get free wildcard certificates. If you have whm access install let's encrypt autossl with this command /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/install_lets_encrypt_autossl_provider then go to manage auto ssl and set let's encrypt. then run the auto ssl then it will issue wildcard ssl for that domain.
