I personally think the only way they can improve the game is by investing in their creation tools and processes... It wouldn't matter if they pushed out a major update that everyone loved if it takes years to follow it up... More content means better tools and processes
This entire video seems like a guy who is MAD over story and that's it. 19:39 you bash Jackie the DEV for her twitter and reply and posted screenshots. There's nothing in there Jackie said or did that was unprofessional. She was not mean, she replied, and another weirdo complained about her reply. Nothing there in those 2 comments are bad whatsoever.
Jackie or whoever she is, sounds like they are mad over player feedback. Bioware should relearn "The customer is always right" motto before they run out of what little income they have left.
She says in her comment that she hopes people won't "degrade" the type of content the quoted user likes. Implying the quoted user was degrading content somehow. Totally untrue. The quoted user was just expressing REAL feedback over the state of the game. Her response was BEYOND unprofessional. She herself degraded this persons feedback and singled them out. She didn't just speak to that one person, she spoke to every person that user was representing. Group players. So yes, you should expect me to pull that up and call her out. If you want to white knight for her then go do that. Don't spend time telling us about it.
You are complaining on this video, yet you could have chose to avoid it instead. Why should I care for your comment in this case? This is your logic. In future don't be so silly.
@@SWCentral Maybe you will deny the fact, that you are still playing this game? And maybe you will even answer, why should they change, if they have you no matter what? My comment was not about insulting anyone, but to show you, that you are in denial. If you, and others like you will complain for years, but will continue to play it, why they should care about what you want? Why should they change? Answer this last question.

The players who directly ignore the problems and pretend the game is perfect with no issues, are just enablers for the dev team. Also, that’s right, it’s “somehow” alive still. That somehow hangs by a thread and you think it’s made of steel.
I found it. Databank 420 states - When the jedi council ordered Tanalorr and Koboh abandoned, Dagan Gera could not accept it. Despite Santari's protestations, he defied the council. With Star Wars Hunters recently released of my posting I hope they put Baron Deathmark in future content as the announcer. I especially live his sarcastic line for team deathmatch in warzones.
