My goal is to make this a 50-50 channel; with 50% of it being "on wheels", and the remaining 50% about tech and everything and anything else interesting that comes to mind.
There's almost a 400 million native English speaking population in the world, and an additional almost 500 million native Spanish speaking population, making it almost the cool billion of people I'm working to reach out to between both channels. Add an additional billion if you include the non-native English and Spanish (as 2nd language) speaking population in the world. My goal is having more or less the same videos in each language, in each channel; Izzy Romero ENG and Izzy Romero ESP
If you are a company or person with a product you'd' like me to review, unbox or make a general video of, feel free to contact me at izzyromeroeng@gmail.com Please don't forget to let me know if you need me to return the item/s to you, or if I should keep / dispose of / present as giveaway in the channel.
Great question, new friend! No, and it's the very 1st thing I tested once installed. If you modify the stock exhaust, then I don't know, you might run into issues, but with the stock one, plus these same side boxes with their mountain racks, zero issues! You won't be BBQ'ing your right side case 😁
Hi Felix. Thank you so much for your support. I deeply, greatly appreciate it. I've been very busy for the last few months, but I'm at a point where I'm about to start editing and posting videos. In fact, I'm finishing a video right now that I won't be posting, I just did it because I haven't edited any videos in almost a year, and I'm a little rusty. So stay tuned new friend! New videos coming soon! ❤️
Hi! Thanks for the comment! As I mentioned in the video, Givi themselves made it very easy for me. I called their customer service, told them my bike's brand, model and year and the cases I was interested in, and they told me exactly all the parts I needed. I recommend you to do that. If for some reason you still have issues, feel free to let me know. I should still have the invoice with all the parts numbers somewhere. Also, not sure if this will work, but I'll post below a link for another video I made in which I go into a little bit more details about the cases: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KeeVNWnUZvU.htmlsi=KEEpMbt-lo23mmfU Thanks, ride safe!
Hi Nancy. I'm thinking about making my 1 year review soon, and I can add more tech stuff in it. I've just been swamped with work lately, and I actually have a RU-vid content backlog I'm trying to clear. But I promise l'll put some serious thought into it and try. Thanks for the comment and request. Greatly appreciated!
Hi. They are about the same width. But you do have to keep in mind that even though they're about the same width, during lane-splitting, you might clear the front of the bike and you might start turning. Remember that when you start turning after passing 2 cars, you have to wait for the rear of the bike to clear as well. I do it (when safe 😉) and it's possible. You'll just be a bit less agile than a bike without them, but a ton more agile than any car on the road. Ride safe new friend!
Hi. Did you get to the 6:21 part? I show how it was installed. Let me know if you still have questions after watching that part (you don't need to watch the entire video).
Nice video. If my Honda SH150i was 10 mph I would have kept it. I had a sport bike when I was a younger man but now that I’m old this thing is perfect. Quick enough to stay out of the way of terrible drivers and almost as fuel-efficient and easy to ride as my scooter. Plus it looks and sounds good. I hope to be riding with my daughter on her Harley soon!
Hi Olivier. The top box is a Givi V47. I have another video that shows in detail all the different configurations for my top box and for my side cases.
Hi there! I just bought this bike with the Dct transmision. Would you please share with us how to do a proper engine break-in for this model? I know you have other projects as well but please if you remember the criterias let us know. Thanks for your videos and be safe!
Hi there, and thanks for the comment! I don't have a structured, written criteria, and go more by what I remember from dad (former biker as well). If I have to describe it with 1 sentence, I'd say "ride conservatively". To get into a little more details than that, I'd recommend to not pushing the engine to the point of red line too often, not maxing the throttle, avoid short trips (quick errands) where the engine doesn't even warm up, and you end up riding it while cold for the entire trip, avoid overloading it (I'm a big guy already, adding my wife on the back seat was a no-no for me for a few weeks), and lastly, avoid long trips on highways for instance, where the engine might run at the same speed for long periods of time. An early 1st oil change is also a good idea. And then gradually dial things up. Nowadays, people, including mechanics, will tell you that you really don't have to do any of these things anymore, and you'll be fine, as apparently these engine come semi broken-in. But I might be old school and it's something that's hard for me to assimilate about a new engine. I prefer to follow these simple guidelines for the first 500 miles or so. It gives me some internal / mental peace, it might be my OCD... not sure, but I just feel better doing this. Personal choice. I believe the owners manual do recommend some of these things as well, so that's that.
❤️❤️❤️ #2 was a sign with a flag. I truly did see an animal when I was still far away... 😂🤣😂🤣😂 Yes, I'm glad I was being alert and didn't run that poor lady over...
Wow, congratulations handsome 🎉🎉🎉❤❤ and thank you Izzy for the video. In fact I have been thinking to try motor bike since 160 miles commute in almost 6 hours daily really hurts but hubby says it’s not safe.😢😢
I wonder if the side boxes will obstruct you from walking your bike in your garage or not? I’m just 5’2 tall, and have to lean on the side to push my Bike around, I have the same NC750x
I have a small garage that I park both my car and the bike, with the car parked, it left me with only about 1.2-1.3m of space left so I have to squeze a little 😅.
@@daoduy83 I see. Yes, indeed, it seems to be a tight squeeze. But just so you know, it literally takes you under 5 seconds to remove each case. Same to put them back on. I hope that helped!
@Izzy Romero ENG thank you, I’m still trying to figure out what I need to order, as I want to fit both the top and side cases like you do. It’s a bit confusing 😂
@Duy Dao It is confusing. In my case, I gave up (lol), so I called customer service, and they gave me a detailed list of all parts needed. Are you able to try that? Not sure where you're located. I should still have the list of items from when I received the order. Would that help if I find it?
Hi David. It's a Vantop. I have a video about it mounted on my motorcycle, and another video about it mounted in my car. I don't have that many videos, it should be easy to find when you go the my list of videos. Feel free to check it out, you'll find quite a bit of information. Let me know of you still have questions after that. I'll be glad to help. Thanks for the comment, new friend!
Great video Izzy as usual. Thank you. I wish you also showed their features such as safety or battery range like you showed for that 1.7 mill car. Maybe in future you may make a video about the EV’ battery ranges and EV’s safety features.
Hi Maryam. As I explain in the video, the plan was to make a much more detailed video, but I wasn't able to film what I wanted to film with the cars surrounded by so many people. It was packed! Maybe next time. And thanks for the suggestion!
Thank you for the kind words of support. You'll absolutely see more videos about this beauty. Stay tuned! Not sure if you've already watched my Cinematic Review of it, linked below: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-b0jOtUGLslU.html Again, thanks for the support.
@Naptural’s Finest Gotcha! The ones you see at the door are just the reflection of the stock lighting kit in the center console. My car came with it. Let me know if you want to see how they look or want to know more about them. The lights in the cupholders are exactly that, [cheap] illuminated cup holders. There are tons to choose from in Amazon, although I bought mine at Walmart. I'm working on a video right now that will show at night these and other lights I have. Stay tuned! Might be able to have the video ready by the end of the week, depending on work. I'd say following week at the latest.
@@napturalsfinest Hi again. While I get some of that info, in the meantime, feel free to watch the new video I uploaded earlier today. It shows the interior lights, and it came out kind of cool... 😎 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_qt8ag2YHp0.html
Thank you this video, this communitymember addicated, homeless no.where suppose to exist, no.word to speech, seen business hour close, seen vehicles passingby and vehiclesparking sidestreet, lk very sad to this location, not healthy and not safe to this communitymembers, may god safe this people, if this location clearup, this is lk beautiful, environment. Thanks for the awesome comment kind sir! I ❤️ this!! And yes, I'm surprised when I first thought of this and did a search, found NOTHING. I'm like, really?! I think these will eventually come pre-installed. They can save lives. I should've taken this opportunity and get rich!.. 🤣😂🤣😂🤣 And by the way, I have one in my car (my last video is about that) and one on one of my eBikes 😄)
Hi Tony. Good news! feel free to check out this other video. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--FltNv3FT_Y.html This idea has been a blessing. You'll love this at red lights, seen the cars behind you approaching you. I already got out of the way a couple of times when I saw cars getting way too close way too fast. In my head, they would've hit me if I didn't move. But that's the beauty of this thing, I didn't have to wait to find out 😄
I hope you don't mind me answering your question with a video. But you'll get a lot more details with it than I can type here. Let me know of any other questions. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--FltNv3FT_Y.html
The problem is that governments free government treatments don't work because they give you methadone which is equal to rat poison ☠️ 🐀. The system has to create shelters designed for the homeless and treatment at the same time. to take a check for hair and blood tests 🩸. Literally good design. The funds are and avoiding the money at full hands 👋 instead of making a good investment. and all those parents also have to be more aware of their teenage children and put a hard hand 🤚 and rules at home. This is not the fault of the governments because the government does not tell them to go and take drugs... lose their lives partying and much less give them a weapon so that they are like that. That is called consequence of each addicted and homeless individual.
Nice! And same here, still have quite a bit of material from them. I just listen to them more in Spotify now 😄 and again, I never figured I'd be buying a brand new cassette tape ever again... lol Cheers!
Thank you kind soul! And yes, that's a great pick! I wanted to get the PHEV, but it would've been months of wait, and I needed the car right away. My next one will either be PHEV or fully electric. Keep me posted when you get it!
Hi Robert. And that's exactly what I wanted to capture. There are many videos out there capturing the individuals in detail. I wanted to capture the overall atmosphere, rather than the individuals, which is why I was riding slow, but not stopping to focus on anyone. It's my own spin on it, and my style. I do have more footage that I didn't want to use, as I wanted this video to be easily shareable, and not make you question whether you wanna do so or not. I do understand that my decision won't be taken well by every single person out there, but so far it has been received very well. I do appreciate your honest feedback, and it's feedback like this that will make me a better content creator / film maker. Thanks again! ❤️
Thank you so much kind soul! Greatly appreciate your words. I will be working on that video once I finish a couple of other videos I'm in the middle of. Thanks again!!
I own a nc700x and those lights definitely suck. The night lights are good but the day riding lights are the worst, those are the ones you will be using when traffic is coming from infront of you so most of the time.
That’s why I usually add a couple of words in my editorial that address my lack of knowledge. It’s very hard for me to understand why people would choose drugs and living on the street and the hopelessness with despair rather than trying to get clean.
this is terrible problem in the city there are many, many videos of this area on RU-vid that show much worst conditions but with this liberal city goverment in charge the only thing they want for these poor people is their votes otherwise they just leave them to what they want
Not getting into the political aspect of it. But yes, truly sad. And yes, I've seen much worse videos, but most people can only take 1 watch of those videos... or not even finish them. I wanted to make a video that you can watch more than once, and even be comfortable sharing it. I had a few shots that were deleted. One of them for instance, the guy shows up as I ride in one of the shots, I noticed his foot and turned around to film him. The guy had his right foot exposed, and it was swollen and basically rotting... I followed my wife's (and my own) advice and removed (cut) that shot. Maybe one day I'll release a "Deleted Scenes" version of sorts... Thanks for the comment!
I believe it's important to expose this to the light of day because of the current drug epidemic of which appears to be worse than anything before it. I can remember being able to walk anywhere down in that area without a problem. I even worked in that area and didn't have any issues. It's sad that these people have to live like this.
@@michaeliavecchia9555 Agreed. As I replied to someone else, Philadelphia is a beautiful city that's just bleeding, and we need to find a way to close those wounds. Making this video was my $.02 I know it ain't much, but raising awareness is better than nothing.
Do you really think these strung out, lazy, MOSTLY young adults, get out and vote? They sit around all day waiting on free food and clothing and spend every cent they beg, borrow, and steal on drugs that rot their brain and, literally, the skin off their bodies. Shame on these cities for letting it get so out of control...🙏🙏🙏
