is it just me, but isn't it wanting us to sign in to reset password. Cannot do this when we forgot the password. Cannot create new account as when enter information, email, name, am told an account already exists for that email. Forgot password, am not able to reset it.
If you cannot access your account, go to fan.hudl.com. After selecting Log In, enter your email and select continue. Now that you have confirmed the email for the account you are trying to access, select Forgot Password. This will allow you to reset your password without logging in to your account. This was excellent. Thank you for the walk through. Is there a way to compile all the highlights together, say you have 8 highlights, to make a longer video?
There is no way to merge multiple highlights into one. The best option is to create a season highlight and add the clips from every game that you would like to use in that longer highlight.
The hudl app on any streaming device is the worst app I’ve ever used. I’ve tried it on my Apple TV, fire stick and Roku and they are all garbage. You log in with your hudl fan account but your favorite teams don’t show up and the search screen is blocked by the menu bar to the right. There’s no way to save favorite teams on the streaming app either. I wish my kids high school and college teams would go back to Hulu. Half the highlights generated are the wrong players. The service is way over priced for the product you get.
You will need to use a camera in the end zone with an HDMI port. For the press box, you could use an iPad to record while connecting to the Press Box network like a Plus kit. Any viewing devices or recording devices connected to the Pressbox network will have the strongest connection if they are within 15 feet of the Pressbox kit. If you are using a camera, you could use a longer HDMI to send the video feed to the Pressbox kit where it would be closer to the viewing devices. For further help, please go to hudl.com/help.

The Hudl Focus Outdoor or Indoor cameras are permanently mounted to a fixed location. Our Focus Flex camera uses a tripod and can be moved between fields. Focus Flex currently only supports recording Soccer. If you have an Indoor or Outdoor Focus camera and are part of the Focus Exchange Network, you will automatically receive your game film from an away venue you play in that has a Focus camera.
Hi is there a way to easily move instances from the matrix onto the timeline into a new timeline row? Atm I manually do it by highlighting the relevant instances and then use 'Alt' to move them down.

Is it possible to let a video with effects and notes play fully without stops on the mobile version? Because it's so annoying if you just want to watch the plays and hit play every time

How ( If possible ) should we go about using this during half time to show to team in large group? Can you log on to Hudl Sideline with laptop and connect to projector?
Great question! You will be able to play the clips from one of your viewing devices. Most teams will use AirPlay or connect the device to a larger TV or monitor to review their plays. If you have any other questions, please contact our support team by emailing support@hudl.com.
If you are a coach or administrator on a current team, you should be able to record through the Hudl app. If you are listed as an athlete, you'll need to contact your coach and have them give you the permissions needed to upload film.
Hello, my video has 10 secs rewind and forward features when watching it on desktop or on iPhone but not on my iPad. I watched a couple of others videos on iPad and they do have the 10 sec rewind and forward feature. What do I need to do to have these features show up on my video when watching on iPad? Thanks

If you are an athlete on this team, you will not be able to edit data. You can be added as a coach or administrator by contacting a current administrator on your team.
At 0:45 when you press create a clip when you do press create the clip is everyone who can view the video able to see the clips you created or can just you see the clips you make?
