This Sheriff Dept. can wear whatever hats they like, however one thing they neglect to address is they do not accept reports of Fraud at their dept. In fact they have only one officer assigned to that dept. to handle One Million Citizens with no intention of enforcing the law , protecting your property and upholding your rights.

Handing out stickers and taking pics with children doesn't excuse your department and officer Timothy Tan and his supervisor from letting pedos commit crimes against children with zero repercussions. They refuse to even show up to investigate. If you are a member of Pierce County's community, don't bother calling 911 to report a crime in progress unless you have credentials showing you have a law enforcement background. This department has such large egos that they feel anyone who didn't go to their academy for 90 days isn't smart enough to interpret the law and therefore will be wasting the officer's time to show up and investigate a crime or write a report. 🙄 Don't believe me? Google officer Timothy Tan and watch the videos where he refuses to respond to a 911 call and in the process let's a pedo go about his day. Save the children should be everyones priority, especially those paid by tax payers to do so!
Why is your officer refusing to show up at a call for service? Tim Tan is letting your community down by letting pedos get away with violating children!! What a sorry excuse of an officer! If this happened in my community I would be highly upset.
So let me explain something to you people that maybe don't have an understanding of why teenagers do what they do they've always exhibited very dangerous behavior that often lands them in prison, lands him in the hospital from a fight or from a gun shooting, get involved in drugs can it be very immature so the front part of the brain which is a prefrontal cortex, controls impulse control, it controls consequences of action mama and it also performs executive function period from what I've read in a study how about the prefrontal cortex is developed, however the neural pathways what's between the prefrontal cortex and the rest of the brain has not developed so the prefrontal cortex cannot communicate with the rest of the brain married and this is the reason why teenagers do these very dangerous things in their life. By the age of 26 those neural Pathways have been completely developed. It shows up in the first time incarceration rates into prison. By the time a male has reached the age of 26 or older am I the first time incarceration rate drops off significantly. So what can we do about this where there's a lot of different ways to prevent these accidents from happening in again? New technologies can be used to identify a potentially speeder that's going to cross through a red light. AI technology can detect a car traveling at a high rate of speed and it can possibly deploy an underground net to prevent that car from speeding into the intersection when the light is red.
Decades ago, here in Texas, the department I was with wore them. Straw during the summer and felt during the winter. Don't forget the plastic slip over covers for them (during the rain). Thanks for the chuckle.
