At ther same time you are quite clear about "on or before 10th Oct 2024" paragrarph But you in doubt regarding "before applying for memberships" paragraph

I applied for May 2024 Final but couldn't appear. IPCC G1 (4 Papers)- Cleared in Nov18 Inter G2(Unit 10)(3 Papers)- Cleared in May23 Total 7 papers. Articleship Completed on 19-01-23 Adv ICITSS - IT completed on 19-07-23 Adv ICITSS -MCS completed on 15-02-24 C & D are exempt?

I am a ca final student (cleared my grp 2 in may 2024)and have been preparing for Nov 2024 final attempt, I recently cleared my set A and set B paper but I am also required to write set C and set D . This notification says that all the sets has to be completed before oct 10th, but the classes of set C and set D has not even been opened yet. I really want to give my exams in nov 2024 , but they haven't opened the classes yet. how will I be able to complete classes and give the exam. If I atleast have the clarity as to when they'll start the classes of set C and D, atleast will be able to plan ahead. Kindly guide 🙏🏻
