Multiple deaths and property damage just waiting to happen. Stupidest thing ever, if your not checking your hookup your asking for a runaway, and you need to be there to safety chain and light cord anyway ,so why can't you push a coupler latch, and check it? Every moron and their brothers gonna answer, it said it locks it self officer idk how the trailer can undone. Making a problem for a solution thats not needed.
That is a peace of junk and made out of plastic. breaks super easy once it’s been in the sun for about a week. Just stick with a normal one and you won’t have to replace it 10 different times.
The D ring cable connection on the front and two piece door system is a joke. The doors will bend or break and that d ring weld will fail. Stay away from all these trailer manufacturers trying to get into the rolloff market with "package deals". Nobody makes a better rolloff trailer than protainer. The built in tarp the bin is a great idea but you will be fighting it constantly because people always put waste above the walls. That's why true rolloff tarp systems go above and fall on the bin not slide down the bin walls. Yall have a strong ass trailer & winch but those rear doors & d ring will fail constantly.
Hey Brian! We would love to help you out. You can visit our website and click on "locate a dealer" or you can message us on Instagram or FB and we will help you locate the exact model you are looking for.
I'm still patiently waiting for this exact model and color with a one piece seamless 7 gauge floor, I know it doesn't make a difference but I want what I want ..... Etc etc
Jason, we do have some of these with one piece floor. If you can tell us the dealer you are working with we can certainly try to single one out for you.
The real question is why does the DWB say it has a one piece floor but all the new charcoal ones I've seen on the lot have a welded seem running down the middle ?????
Hey Jason, great question - thanks for asking. When we started the DWB series the intention was to have a one piece floor as standard equipment. However, since 2020 our vendors have had varying availability on one piece floors - so when they cannot supply us we have to use two pieces. We have tried to update our web site and marketing materials to reflect that one piece floors will be ‘based on vendor supply,’ but must have missed something along the way. Can you tell us where you are still seeing that one piece floors are still listed as standard equipment? Also, be advised that with our trailer construction techniques, we have seen no performance differences between one piece and two piece floors. Each configuration will well out perform the GVWR of the trailer. Hope this helps
Just wish the put on 14ply tires as standard original equipment. Not as an option. I also wish they re-engineered or re-designed gusset that is place on goosneck upright and deck. Cause that causes me to lose load area.
Thanks for the feedback Erick! We actually have made some big changes to our F series and other goosenecks. You should check out our website. I will pass on the info about the 14 ply tires being standard too.
Terrible video with no information besides "super duper large box". Im extremely frustrated because i bought your 20' equipment trailer with rampage ramps.... I was set to buy the DWB tomorrow at a hefty $13,000. I plan to tow my excavator and haul material but i found zero videos talking about how the DWB is at all better than the DTB! They are the same price yet your videos offer ZERO..... ZERO benefits of the DWB model. I will no longer be buying another ironbull tomorrow... Your marketing director should be fired because its one of two things.... either the DWB is better but cost more to make or you Changed up the build and its inferior.... either way it should have been fixed internally and their should be clear differences! STILL WAITING TO HEAR ANY ADVANTAGES OF THE DWB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for reaching out. If I could simply explain the DWB it would be that we started with the DTB and the DTB has a design that is unique to Ironbull. From its dual stacked 6'' I-beam to its full length bed runners. The trailer is our design. The DWB was made to be competitive and comparable to the industry standard. Which is an 8'' monoframe I-beam and the under frame is built to resemble the market as well. We don't conclude that one is better than the other. One is just our spin on a dump design and the other is in stride with what you will see has been the industry standard for years. If you would like more information I would be happy to assist you or provide you with that. My name is Kyle and I do marketing for the company. Send us a direct message on Instagram or FB and I will get you what you need. Thank you for your time and feedback!
We have carried Dexter branded axles for years along with their sister company but we are working on something new at the moment. Each trailer has the brand of axle near the axle so be sure and check if you have a preference!
I purchased a dump trailer about 8 months ago. I appositely love the trailer and the detail that went into the building and design. I have found more and more items that were very planned out each time I use it that the others I looked at didn't have or would have cost extra. However one thing that still baffles me to date is, I did not purchase a spare tire for my goose neck dump because I already had one. Trying to bolt it onto the spare tire mount on the goose neck that came standard on the trailer I have found that there is no way to line up anymore than one bolt to secure it to the trailer. What am I doing wrong or am I missing something?
Can the Hydraulic Tail Articulate Skyward high enough to be able to roll something off a big rig deck onto this trailer? This saves needing to have an unloading port / wrecker come and offload a machine off a flat deck semi.
You mention in this video about using this trailer for vehicles. Would I be able to get a mustang or sports car on this trailer with the rampage ramps. Trucks and SUVs obviously would have adequate clearance. I would like to have just one trailer for all my vehicles.
@@Sam-pw8zh I got an answer on this from another video and another person. Anything lower will probably be an issue. Small equipment wouldn't be an issue but lower cars with a longer wheel base would be
In all honesty I think you could possibly scratch the fender or snag up on the ramps. The lowest riding car I have pulled on an EWB was a Infiniti Q50. They sit low but maybe not as low as your Mustang. Hope this helps!
In 2019 we bought this trailer in 18’ 14,500 tandem axle with 3’ self cleaning dovetail and rampage ramps. It is absolutely wonderful to use. Loading, unloading, and towing is wonderful. We upgraded from a lower cost and low quality trailer. This trailer cost a bit more but the quality is far superior. It is a professional grade trailer.
Little over a yr ago I bought a 7x14x2 dump n had the solenoid fail baad within a week but got a good replacement from local trailer dealer n upgraded to a 27 group battery n 14 ply tires n everything works amazing now. Might b n the market for a 8 or 8.5x26' 14k flatbed
What does the top deck pivot on? We have a iron bull tilt deck trailer that’s just over a year old. 2 months after we got it one of the two pins that the top deck pivots on fell out. The dealer temporarily fixed it so we could still use it. While we waited for the parts. Meanwhile the other pin fell out. The dealer welded new ones in now less then a year later the welds broke on one of those pins and has fallen out
You can order the winch plate on our parts store at norstarparts.com but the winch will have to be purchased from a company that makes them. Hope this helps.
No!! Stop bragging about those stupid side steps! Gatormade has shown the industry how front steps should be done. For someone with back pain, short legs, long legs, wet shoes, a headache, or trying to carry something those dang side steps suck! The rest of the trailer looks great but I won’t buy one with those steps. I’m not even attached to gatormade. I’d love to buy an iron bull, diamond c, pj, etc but those steps are a deal breaker. Stop this nonsense!
@@Norstarcompany1 I’m aware this was a video about the whole trailer. My point is that you can do everything right except this one thing and I’m still not buying it because it is such a big deal! It’s a very simple thing to build into the trailer and can even be improved upon but the fact that you won’t do it shows that user experience and convenience doesn’t truly matter to your company. It is glaringly obvious to anyone who has ever used a gatormade trailer how much better this design is. Simple to build but huge improvement in ergonomics. Go get it done!
The stake pockets on the 2022 DWB are not fitted to traditional 2x4. So what are they supposed to be fitted to? Anyone please let me know, its a strong and beautiful trailer but i can figure out how to make use of the feature. God bless
@@Norstarcompany1 Wasn't a head scratcher for me though, all i had to do was custom measure and rip a beam accustomed to the stake pocket fitment, actually turned out stronger than traditional 2x4. But i imagine for someone without appropriate carpentry tools and skill will find it hopeless and annoying.
