Yeah, weve been busy. Thank you for continuing watching our video. Hopefully when you and your wife get back here in Philippines we'll have time to meet up. Take care and God bless 😊
Hopefully we'll be starting the house planning stage next month, We didn't want to start anything until the funds were available. We'll do videos of that house build.. thanks for your question
I’ve missed a lot of your videos, how did that happen! catch up time for me. Maybe side effects ng heavy smokes from “park fire”a stone throw away from where it started🤔🙏🇵🇭
Hi Tim, thank you for watching, glad you' ll be back in February in Cebu. Enjoy your stay in the US. We are going on vacation this coming August to US for a month. God bless, take care 😊
Hello it’s been a while i seen your videos.Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you both.Looks like everyone is enjoying☺️ I’m back in the USA 🇺🇸 for a bit then going back in February 2025
Hello Tim texas. Yes it's been a while, been very busy with our business a cellphone store. Having it established and stable. It's been doing very good. But glad to be back online again and uploading videos. Glad to hear from you, and you guys will be back here in Feb. Hope all is doing well for you both. Happy New Year😊
I’m applying for permanent residency in the Philippines i had to come back to do my paperwork in LA the corruption in the Philippines is so bad they wanted to charge me 10,000 pesos for something that only cost 2000 pesos in the US so I’ll be filing my paperwork here and carrying it over there or either have it fax to Ballin PSA so when I get there they’ll have it on record. Plus we own a pig farm in Balamban area 20 heads of pigs🐖 and doing very very well 👍🏽 everything is pork in Cebu lol.Hopefully one day we can meet up.
@@texastimcebuph I'm sorry to hear that, i didn't know the corruption in that part is bad when it comes to applying permanent residency. I did apply my permanent residency in Davao immigration and it went pretty good. I waited to 3 months for approval and actually got my permanent residency card. We had to process it our own and go to Davao immigration and fortunately we don't experience that kind of corruption. Maybe some part of the Philippines there are like that. But I'm glad you're processing yours where you feel comfortable of applying without all the drama of corruption here. It does happens sometimes but not all the time. Yeah, sure thing. Hopefully someday we can meet up. You guys take care 😊....
On going towards the fruit stands, you passed by Mr. Millan (on a white motorcycle ) together with Mrs. Letty Milllan who was formerly a head nurse of Andres Soriano hospital.
That is a year ago, but lately a thousand peso is just a sack of rice that weighs 25Kls. No MGAS yet, no fruits and no other grocery needs, no meat nor milk. The economy really turned things even harder for Filipinos who most of us don’t have a good paying job. Some people only make below minimum wage, minus the daily expenses for fare and foods. Living frugally and wisely would help. 😌🙏🏻

Greetings, interesting video thank you, we also live near Bislig city. I've been considering solar for our house but our average bill is less than 3k so I'm not sure if the ROI would be worth it, and in a reasonable time frame. Any thoughts?
Yeah, the ROI isn't that good in our installation but we're looking long term investment here. Before Solar our previous electric bill was 9900ph & 9300ph, this first bill after solar was 2500ph and that was only 3 weeks of solar due to the install happened right at the beginning of the billing cycle. This month we'll have a better example of what our monthly electric will be. Probably even better once this rain stops. 🤬
If your electric is that low then you wouldn't need a large solar system so the cost would be considerably less. I my electric was only 3K, I might not. But then again in the time I've lived here it's gone up every year. So it's only a matter of time before you bite the bullet and go solar.. Hope I was of some help. God Bless!!
@Our Mindanao Dream indeed you were, thanks. I'll hold off for a while yet I think and wait til funds allow. Out of curiosity, who did you use for your installation? I'd want to be able to isolate from the grid so we can switch back and forth if there's a problem with the system but mostly be off grid to avoid brownouts. So a battery bank would be essential. Also, when we've had visitors staying a while, our bill has been pushed to 4k+ so maybe....
Hi! We have a house in Bislig and have been thinking about installing solar panels for a while. Solar panels were installed on our house in UK about seven years ago and we are very happy with the results. We follow your YT channel with interest and I would like to discuss the solar installations with you, if possible. Can we email you?
Please click this link of our video, it does cover the total cost of solar installation ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RyXM3yl0JLM.html
Safer than Mangagoy, I disagree with that statement. Don't get me wrong, I do believe that Davao City is a safe place to visit/stay, Perl & I have done that several times. In fact when I first met Perl in the Philippines, we met at the Davao City Airport. We stayed the first night in Davao but spent the remaining time in Mangagoy. My question is why does the lady want to meet in Davao? Mangagoy is a lot smaller and and she would be recognized here but not in Davao..
Happy b'day🎂🎉 sa akong ka same day🙏 Este ang akong roof ug sandayong puno ug "FOD"kai ang kalapati/squirrel 🐿️ 🐦 nag nest under the solar panels... kindly visit "Elia's delos Santos" sa Agribusiness, re 24/7 power supply na walang carbon print 👣🐾🙏🇵🇭
