I have an elderly friend who had broken her shoulder a few years ago. She was told she needed surgery to repair it but was told of the risk factors involved: she was a heart attack survivor with no underlying condition that could explain the heart attack, yet that made surgery more risky for her. I had a little 6-7 year old girl sneeze directly all over my face causing snot and spit to spray to transfer on me including inside my mouth due to me yawning at the time while she was sitting in front of me on a Greyhound Bus. The girl's mother never said a word to me and acted like it was just another day! Wasn't certain it was from the girl herself, but I do know about an hour or two later I already started feeling deathly sick right after I got off the bus. It wasn't long when my body temperature had reached 107 when I was transported by ambulance immediately to the nearest hospital. My entire body was in pain and had a super migraine I couldn't even open my eyes because it made the migraine worse in the light. All I remember was the doctor giving me a spinal tap and I was out afterward, or that's all I remember. I was in ICU unconscious for 3 days according to my doctor. He said I almost died and stated I had a bad case of Viral Meningitis. It took a good 2 weeks until I got out and my temperature back to normal again. The doctor said it "may" have been the little girl on the bus who caused it, but he also said it could've been anyone on the bus that gave it to me. Since that bus trip, I never took a Greyhound Bus to this day (and don't intend to ever again!), and this occurred September 2003.
m y file has been rejected due to medical problem and afterwards I went to dr H.s. Pannu who did my medical examination and from 12 Feb to recent date I am going through medical process under embassy and 2 times I had to do stain and culture test which were negative and others blood tests were also negative unfortunately I may not fill e-mail address due to it i did not get any mail from Embassy every time I have to ask Dr Paanu. What can a doctor do if they can’t find meningitis??? My son is in the icu and they can’t find anything in the test results but are treating him for both. All I keep getting is I don’t know what it is? Can they send him home with out a diagnose?

Having treated over 2,500 patients with Orthovoltage and / or Electron Radiation Therapy in Germany. I would have the following suggestions for your patients and you as the treating radiation oncologist team at ACKERMANN CENTER: (1) Treat not every DD - only those with proven progression which requires a 3 - 6 months observation period or even longer. More than 50% of patients need NOT TO BE TREATED. , when lacking progression. (2) Your marked RT field around the 3 marked nodules and cords is TOO SMALL - I also could not recognize these nodules & cords of the hands presented in the video. (3) I strongly recommend from long-year clinical experience to hav a gap of at least 12 weeks between the 2 RT-series of 5 x 3Gy as the repair process of the skin should have at least 2 - 3 skin repair cycles of about each 4 weeks. (4) Using a LINAC machine and a lead cut-out in your demonstrated treatment set-up of the ACKERMAN CENTER signals that you have applied electrons of a certain energy; thus, for dose optimization we recommend to use bolus material which is not shown during the treatment set-up. I can say from experience that they might be the same on “paper” but they do NOT feel the same. Even worse is between generic manufacturers. I feel like I’m at the mercy of the pharmacy depending on what company they use. We the customers always get FUCKED!
