This game is amazing so far. I have been playing for a few days now but I have loved it from frame one. I didn't even know about it until my sister mentioned it a couple of weeks ago but the night I first saw the trailer for it I instantly ordered a physical copy from Japan.
I believe the true origin point for "Sacrifice mossbag" was a joke theory that Team Cherry was scared that if they release new trailers for silksong then mossbag would uncover the whole game's lore. so sacrificing mossbag would allow them to release news on the game without fear

After doing this boss she was quite easy since you’re practically invincible 90% or the time if you use the teleportation barrels continuously and cut the bombs from the roof to throw at her it’s only when her last faze she on a rare occasion drops bombs from the roof that you need to go back to barrel jumping for invincibility frames as well as the fire walls she throws
Definitely one of my favorite bosses from this game. It's not my favorite theme but it's definitely up there on that list, top 5 at the very least. Despite being one of the easier bosses, it was PEAK in how cinematic it was, climbing up a giant skeleton up to its head was so satisfying and fun, plus the buildup to the boss, it being a looming threat throughout the entire game up until its fight was beautifully illustrated. *MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD* I thought it was fun how they made you think due to environmental storytelling that it was the Gashadokuro who burned the tea fields and destroyed the Kabuto Sumo Pagoda. Then the reveal that it was really Asahi doing all that to strengthen the Gashadokuro was great. It made the reveal all the more surprising because you thought until this point that the Gashadokuro was the one doing all these bad things and that's why it needed to be killed, but it was really Asahi, someone you thought you could trust, who was strengthening it so that it could topple the Conduit. The Gashadokuro was just a tool all along, a distraction to the real threat posed by the Sakura Shogun.
Man I loved this game so much. Every part of this. Up until this boss. What absolute frustration, piss poor restore points, and a general lack of anything interesting. Absolutely infuriating to have to climb up again and again. Such a shame to have the experience overshadowed
: I have created a strange voice for Bo. It's like The Crack Fox from The Mighty Boosh, but more chibi, and deathly obsessed with tea. Everything Bo does revolves around tea; how he obtains it, when and where he drinks it, and who will assist or hinder him in his quest for the perfect cup. It's become stuck in my head ever since I started playing, and it's gotten to the point where I am talking like how Bo sounds in my imagination. Great game.
This isn't the same team that ripped off Pokémon right? That team had a game in development that looked like a Hollow Knight ripoff. This looks magnificent, if it's not them, it's an instant buy for me.
I believe you're referring to palworld. haha. I love Pokemon but this game has nothing to do with Pokemon, other than the fact that a lot of pokemon are inspired by Japanese folklore as well.
I put in a request to make the Asahi boss sequence easier (so the laser doesnt outright kill Bo every time) and maybe make the Fragile Egg quest easier so it doesnt feel like a chore. The game is amazing, and I don't want to stop playing because of minor annoyances.
Thank you so much tht means a lot. I think the best way to get the word out would be to leave us a review on Steam if you're feeling it! and tell your firends.
idk why this doesnt have more views lol, ty for the help! also didnt realize this was made by the game studio until just now lmao, thank you all for such an amazing title!
I started the game a few hours ago. I really liked it an hour and a half in. It has a neat cloudstep like mechanic that kickstarts the platforming real good. Overall, 13% in I already feel it has better movement than 75% of the games in the genre. I cannot wait too see where it would take me.
