at time's it dosn't feel good untill you get use to it,you might even hate it, it get better and it get worse, it get better it get's worse, untill you reach the goal , of what it is, time will tell you what it is if you lucky. could be good or bad, you choice.
There is no “doing” in the sense that something is being done. Whether there is felt sense of separation or not, what seems to appear isn’t coming or going, isn’t in some state of becoming or changing.
@@statesofbeing888 What people? There is just an appearance. Nobody is making it happen, it’s just what is innocently happening. It doesn’t have a source. It is absolutely everything that appears to be happening as this direct immediacy of what-is including appearing as a story about there being people argue over something called “non-duality” whatever that it is. Not a “thing” out of place as there is no place where this isn’t what-is and what-isn’t. Even stories about there being people arguing is magical and miraculous in itself. How is a story even apparently happening when there is nothing to happen and nothing ever needs to happen nor needs to stop seemingly happening??!
I think that's what attracted me to it... Not having free will is great for those who haven't achieved their goals... Applying this to life, I say that there was no Self to choose anything...
I would add that life ultimately feels infinitely more beautiful, everything becomes a symphony for the senses, even a smudge on the concrete, everything feels very ok and full of unconditional love at least for (not) me. I never meditated or studied spirituality, anyway I always been very open to any belief and spontaneity, also very artistic and looking at nature and searching for the beauty hiding in everything. And been vegan for 10 years (may or may be not relevant at all) And one day I found about Michael Singer teachings online about not believing the thoughts and it felt very very true. Then at some point my vision of the sun reflections on the bark of a tree brought me to tears. I didn't really knew what was happening at all but I instantly felt lighhter and realized I had almost no more thoughts sticking to "myself" Then only I found about non duality and the work of Angelo Dilulo and there I am (not) :)
