SF Bay area used to be nice until tech companies made it too expensive for the average worker to afford live in. For every tech professional produced there a four new service workers created. Where are these workers suppose to live? They don't make the same salaries that techies make.
This video is slightly deceptive. It's showing scenes from the ocean and mountains, which are anywhere from 2-3 hours from the Raleigh/Durham metro area. If you indicated the distance, that would be fine. But you didn't, implying to newbies that these places are within the Triangle Area. Not cool.
