That feature is disabled while the vehicle is in motion you need to engage the parking brake.

When anything is grayed out, apply the parking brake. They do this so that you don't mess with phone and radio while driving.

Put the parking brake wire to the ground together and it will let u deleted

It’s just a light green wire connect it to a ground or just simple squish it against something that’s a ground & it would let you open it & the wires is on the back of the radio

Thanks, got this stereo from sons truck after he totaled (he’s fine) but memory was full, found your video…….CORRECT grounded light green wire and now all menus show up, leaving it grounded permanently 3 days in no issues have had other similar head units that needed the brake wire grounded to play movies as well

Step 1. Put on parking break Step2. Hit menu/power button. Step 3. Select settings Step 4. Select Bluetooth on the bottom left. Step 5. Connection Step 6. Delete devices you'd like to get rid of. Step 7. Connect new device. Happy new year!

I had the same problem with a different pioneer soundsystem, but then i remembered that dvds can only be played while the e-brake is locked in. So i thought "what if blutooth settings is brake locked" and it was. I hit the e-brake, and the blutooth setting turned white. Then i clicked it, clicked connections and found all 3 devices that are registered and pressed trash accordingly

So I pulled the radio today... And sure enough there was a little green wire hanging all alone . Grounded it and... problem fixed...

Push in the parking brake is should let you click on Bluetooth settings. Afterwords it’s a security thing.

Engage your hand break, go to settings, press Bluetooth button, press “connection,” delete phones. Just saved you three minutes.

I was having the exact same problem as I re-read the comments. Everyone's at this problem. Engage your hand break and then follow those steps, and you will have the option to clear out the tooth memory.
