With the rope having loose ends, I would be worried. How often does someone inadvertently pull on the rope pulling the whole thing down? I imagine you'd need to get a cherry picker or something to put it back up.
I’ve just watch 10 video on “how to attach a flag” and yours is the simplest and best also I imagine this will be far quieter with clanging snap rings. Thankyou

it looks like it would be pretty hard to injure yourself tbh, and worst case scenario is a lot of pain, blood, and a small scar as a reminder not like other trades where you can lose entire fingers, limbs, and eyesight

I bought a cable covered with plastic, I can't tell you how many ropes I've been through. I live by the windy bay area so the wind will wipe and tear right through flags and rope in 7 to 12 months.
@@Harry78996 because i want a pride flag and i can sew. also i don't like the material of the storebought flags. I needed insight on how to do a felled seam and this video was helpful.
